It was determined that our antenna was bad and we needed another. The technician explained that they had a Wingard GS 2200 Sensar amplified antenna that they had installed numerous times and had great results with. I was familiar with this unit as I had seen it on the mfr web site at $70 retail price. At first I could not believe such a small odd looking thing would work, but low and behold it did. The problem I have with all of this is the highway robbery billing. Selk charged $170 for a $70 retail antenna that they pay less than $36 for. This is in addition to install and travel time bringing the bill to over $290. When I called and mentioned that the retail price of this antenna was only $70 and I was billed $170 I was told "we are not in the retail business. Apparently they are in the 400% plus mark up business. caveat emptor
