Over $3000 dollars later, 4 separate visits, and multiple blood and organ tests without actually dealing with the problem (an infected neck/bite wound). They refused to reimburse any fees caused by this omission, which they also refuse to admit, stating no medical error occured after attempting to follow up with their management team.

There is ample parking, and the clinic is very inviting. As new patients, we didn't quite know what to expect, but as soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed by the staff. The staff and Dr. Karlburg were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered our questions and took the time to address our concerns. We went back a couple days ago and had the same experience. I was talking to another client and he said he has been coming to Beltline for over 3 years and has never had a bad experience. They use Beltline for vet and bordering needs. We feel blessed to have found Beltline and will be coming back.

They just lost all the business from me for my new pet and any future pets. They must not understand what pet health guarantees are and they clearly don't believe in building a great relationship with clients if they don't allow new pet owners in the visits.
