The hassle for me was getting Wyoming RA LLC removed from the state paperwork and updating with the new service. Fortunately the State of Wyoming was very helpful with the forms and the change of Registered Agent. Don't use RA unless you have money to blow. Better to give the money to a charity instead.

We decided to get our taxes done by a professional. My wifes friend recommended Gabriel Pina. We made an appointment with him and went down there today. I'm glad we did! Gabriel was super friendly and took care of us in a quick fashion. He asked us a few questions to see if we qualified for more write offs than what we were expecting (we did...hooray!). The whole process took about 30 minutes and we left there knowing that we would get a decent sized refund. I was surprised on how little it costs too. I was planning on spending $200-300 to get my taxes done and his rate is way less than that. It's not a whole lot more than if you paid Turbo Tax or Tax Act or whatever other programs are out there. I would rather pay a tad more to have a guy do it and get it right. Gabriel did an excellent job explaining everything including write offs, deductions, audit procedures etc etc. No question was left unanswered.
