These Chicken Cracklin's are meaty, crispy, and delicious. Next, we have our Cajun Meat Products. These include boudin, sausages, stuffed products, and more. Including smoked meat products, which are lower in fat and have a stronger flavor, which is great for use as seasoning meats. Most of these are available as frozen or refrigerated. The latter allows one to pick up something for supper! Only recently have I been to Bosco's for a sit down meal. They have menu options, including some impressive burgers. There are also daily specials which are indicated on a menu board. In my most recent visit, lasagna was the star of the show! I opted for the Club Sandwich instead which was very satisfying indeed. There are a few tables in the center of the store, which are nice. However, one can get things to go, and there is even a drive through window.

Don's has the classic gas station setup, a ready to eat counter with BBQ and Cajun options, snack aisles, and fridge full of Cajun specialties. We ordered cracklings, boudin balls and crawfish pie. The boudin balls were the stand out. The cracklings were fresh and crunchy, but the seasoning is underwhelming. The crawfish pie missed the mark completely, not much crawfish, very doughy and the seasoning was pretty bland. Compared to the undisputed champion (looking at you, Billy's) with huge lines 24/7, Don's is a good option if you're willing to trade some of the quality with the convenience of no wait time.
