Initially they were great. Their response time was quick. After the pool, was installed, I was having trouble with the stairs. I called TWICE. Spoke to an employee once, they were no help. I called again left a message and NO response. They sent me a text message over a month later asking if I needed help with the stairs. Not a great experience. Scheduled pool opening in November when they closed our pool. I was told it would be $50 off the regular price of $250 when they opened the pool in April. They rescheduled the opening to May due to flooding in April. A guy from their company showed up in May and was angry when he showed up. He looked at the pool and said it wasn't a 10 X 10 above ground. I told him I had no idea who told him it was. He yelled at me and said how do you think they got that information? I told him I had no idea but it wasn't me plus you were just here in November. He then raised his voice again and said the price was now $350 plus $50 for pumping water off the cover. i told him to tone his attitude down or we would have a problem. He continued to rant and I told him to get gone. He was playing tough angry guy for some reason. I thought at one time he wanted to fight which didn't bother me either. I was in my backyard. We bought our pool in Jan 2022 and it was installed April 2022 in 1 day I might add. We got the Prozone and then began the learning process which was so simple- turn the 2 speed pump on high in the morning when we went out, brush the pool, then come back out in the evening, and do a quick vacuum. We used 2-3" chorine tablets a week and that was it. NOTE- it took a while to get the electricity set up so the pool needed so expert help so being new to a pool, I went down every week for a water test, bought what I needed to stabilize it and they after a few weeks they said "You are good". Country called and asked if we wanted our pool closed by them and I immediately said "Yes". Youssef came out, told me what I needed and needed to do which were easy! He also explained when I would need a new cover and which one to get. He was GREAT! I didn't get the pool to work at it or have a hobby and they have made that happen. read more

Hello everyone I am the owner of the pool that the new liner installed on 5/17 that did not go so good. I saw a friend had left a review that " owner " had replied to it, so I feel it's time for me to tell my side. Yes they are the original installers of the pool on 3/4/15 thankfully we still have the receipt since denying putting the pool in in the first place. While our pool was covered this year the liner broke and the water rushed out the side washing away some the sand and the dirt wall and two off the bricks under the legs of the pool. Since we have been doing business with since 2015 we call them for a new liner and reset the bricks under the legs. Cool they come knock it out it a couple of hours we look at it there is no wrinkles looks pretty good it's pushing in towards the deck on one spot and out about eight feet away I asked about it he said it's good it will pop in place when the water is full ok cool with me. Never never lines up and starts to push into the deck more at this point something is off so we go under the deck and wipe away some the sand by one of the legs and there's a gap where I can stick my fingers between the leg and the brick. We call them to let them know they said it's fine they don't do dirt work and they went out of their way by filling some dirt basically we should be thankful for what they did do. So this obviously going nowhere with them so we drain the pool get the weight out of it and look at the other legs come to find out the next leg over did not have the brick under it at all it buried in the dirt next to it so that's where we're at. There will be plenty of pictures below, showing him how one leg was in the air and is crushing and falling out from the deck. I've also screenshot it the owners review in case they choose to delete it showing that they're not the original installers because I have pictures of the receipt from us buying the pool from them. They knew it was washed out because we have all the text messages and the pictures in them which I'll put on here to over you can see it's washed out and we need to be done. We paid upfront at 2600 because we trusted them like I said we've been shopping with them since 2015. There's two things that the owner was truthful on in his review was the fact that yes, we signed off on it because we trusted them that would pop itself back. We had no idea it was hiding underneath and the other thing is that is to customers responsibility to make a berm around the pool and it was all there. It just got washed out when the liner broke plus it's been there since 2015 other than that I'm really let down and disappointing that this all our fault and the fact that he would lie that they did not install the pool cuts deep and it shows the character of this company and the fact that they said it was OK and walked away from it while it's collapsing from underneath hidden underneath and it's safe for children to play in there, so if that liner was to rip again because of the structural integrity of them not fixing it. It could really hurt a child it's not safe. The last thing I have to say is that when the owner does his review, he says this will be the only time that he talks publicly about the situation. I did my research to determine what type of hot tub I was interested in and they retail the brand I had settled on. I was pleasantly surprised at how down to earth their sales approach was and the time they took to answer all our questions without hurrying or pressuring us in any way. We didn't buy on our first trip but did purchase after our 2nd trip where we brought our suits and tried out various models. They didn't badger us with sales calls in the interim. They were professional scheduling our delivery and spent alot of time explaining functionality after delivery and setup. I would definitely do business with them again and am confident I will be able to get service from them for years to come. read more

We were thinking about purchasing a hot tub when a friend told us to check out Country Leisure. We decided to stop by to see what they had to offer and we were not disappointed. We were impressed with their large showroom and the option to do a wet test. We ended up speaking with Chris Linton and decided to take the plunge and purchased a Caldera Utopia hot tub.... WOW, we were told it's the "Cadillac" of all hot tubs! We love it. We received great customer service from the moment we showed up to Country Leisure all the way through purchasing and set up. I had multiple questions after installation and they have been gracious to answer every question without making me feel as if I am annoying them. I love Country Leisure and will refer them to anyone who is looking to add a little fun to their backyard. read more

Hello, I contacted you on May 8 for my liner to be replaced. I dealt with Tara and Christina I was quoted $2317.78. I paid it on 9 May upfront. We were scheduled for the 16th but it had rained and we agreed to wait to the 17th. Tara text me on Thursday, May 18 and was trying to schedule the install for May 27 but it is already been done while the crew was still here we had asked about where the pool was because it had not lined back up. They said it should once the water is in and it is full. Everything was shipped back out, so we waited and it did not, so we went under the deck wipes and sand away and you could put your hand under the leg I knew it was washed out. I told the ladies it was washed out and I asked the crew to put the legs back on the bricks. they said they would and they did not. I also found screws and caps that were not put back on, they were on the ground under my deck I said we would build a berm. That is not what I asked them to do. I finally talked to a gentleman name Scott case. He seemed helpful, gave me his personal cell. Tell me this is not how they do business and that they would fix it but then, when I spoke with Tara the next day, I had to call her even though he told me she would call me, Tara told me that Scott was only a sales rep and he did not have any place in the areas that I was having issues with and he could not make those calls. As of now all the issues ourselves at this point but I have been a customer here since 2015 which is when your company originally installed the pool. I also bought a tarp cover for my pool and a new pump motor from you. I even paid you guys when you came to do my liner to change out my sand I've always bragged about your customer service and the work your company has done but you've lost a loyal customer. My husband and I went in to look around and maybe buy a hot tub, we looked at all of their hot tubs maybe 15 or so and no one ever asked if we needed any help or offered any input. There were two salesmen/associates sitting at a table and they never even got out of their chair. I gave them 1 star only because the place was clean and organized. read more

Our experience with getting a new pool liner through Country Leisure was terrible due to having to work with Christina. She was incredibly rude to deal with and had no interest in the customer experience or giving good a good customer experience. We were lied to by Christina multiple times about why they did not show up for our scheduled pool liner installation. They did not show up and she claimed they did not have the contact information??? We had to reschedule and of course they DID have the contact information and for the rescheduled time, she still did not confirm the time before the installation. We finally got it installed but no thanks whatsoever to Christina. The installation crew was actually very very good but having to deal with Christina was a TERRIBLE experience and we actually will not do business with Country Leisure any longer solely due to Christina's rudeness. read more

I visited this store with my sister who is a regular customer. Everyone in the store was super nice, friendly, and helpful. They remembered her and her pool, and they knew what things she had done and needed to do. The show room was clean and so was the bathroom. We brought our dogs, and they LOVE dogs. The customer service is excellent! My sister's pool is wonderful to swim in and that's thanks to these lovely folks. A few notes from my sister: Pros: Free water testing and customized recommendations, friendly staff, pet friendly, Saturday morning "Pool School" once a month... Plus, their system, Pure and Blue, is fantastic to swim in and easy to use. Con: some things are a bit on the pricy side. That being said, they will give you tips on what you can get elsewhere. read more

Horrible. I had my pool installed 9 days ago. It rains 1 time and washes the bottom out. They come and inspect it and tell me the burm is good and they just can't explain how it happened but they still want to charge me 600 more dollars to fix it. I really wish I would have known how bad this company was before I purchased this overpriced waste of space in my back yard. this is for the Oklahoma city store. read more

Bad customer service they only come out when they want to and if you live in another town they charge you extra even though they sold it to you in that other town without any hesitation....beware find your hot tub elsewhere! read more
