I think this restaurant began my fascination with diners. My grandparents have been taking me here when I visit them since I was a baby, and I have never been disappointed. They have the biggest and best pork tenderloins I have ever eaten, and that's saying a lot! Even after the restaurant was purchased last year, the quality of the food and the staff have stayed the same.
Some vital stats you should know: They don't serve breakfast from 11 to 1:30 on Sundays due to the post church lunch rush and to the best of my abilities to remember they do a dinner buffet on Friday and/or Saturday nights as well as various breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials every day of the week. They aren't open 24 hours, but they have plenty of room to seat. It's also a bowling alley/lounge in the back.
Some of the waitstaff has been serving there for years. Lots of sweet older ladies who can pour coffee without spilling a drop. It definitely caters to a country crowd, but I've been in there with blue hair and facial piercings and everyone was still as sweet as their apple pie to me.
