My room quality has been plenty good enough even though I'm noticing the awning breaking in half, and doors falling off their hinges. The beds, sleep quality, linens, and overall condition are barely past new. The lady checking me in was courteous and fast. She gave me the requested room which I sure appreciated. The condition of the lobby and common areas is great. They have a shirt pocket sized swimming pool which I did not try out, but it looked good. The westward view is of a derelict home, and the former AM radio station which is some really picturesque stuff. That's beyond their control. They are trying to get around covid and still offer the guest something for breakfast. There is very little to eat in Comanche in the morning - the table service café across the street has closed. We got freezer case biscuits, muffins, granola bars, and good coffee, but there was very little protein to be found. They are trying and doing better than some major brand names where I've stayed in major cities during this mayhem. If you're coming into Comanche this is your best bet, and the staff/owners are very nice. I'll be staying there some more having work in the town, and I haven't had much bad to say about the past. Their awning is about to cave in, but they have a plan to remedy that soon.

The outside is a little plain but the inside is a vintage dream yet with every modern convenience you need. We happened to call last minute and the owner met us there in 10 minutes and explained the history of the house. She and her husband bought it and restored it back to its original beauty. There's a photo album of everything they did to restore the house and the antiques she purchased for the rooms are stunning. Can't say enough about how cool this house is!

You could park a golf cart in side and still have room to maneuver. Great for ADA accessibility. It was like two rooms in one. There is a Curtin to help isolate the bedroom area from the sleeper couch. Since this is a suite you have a full kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. They provide plates, coffee mugs and silverware. Only thing missing was a stovetop, which is available upon requests for safety. Breakfast available from 6-10. Pool, gym and business center. For the business person that needs to stay somewhere for a few days for business, H2 Suites would be my first choice. The parking lot is well lit. Secure doors for the rooms and plenty of amenities. Simple and straightforward. The owners were extremely friendly and everything was clean and we had everything we needed. We booked a room at The Inn at Circle T with Helen who was extremely kind and accomodating. The facility was beautiful and the room was excellent. When we went to check out 2 hours later Helen took the initiative to contact her manager and together they agreed to comp the room, even though we insisted on paying. This is Texas Hill Country hospitality at its finest. Thanks to Helen, her manager, and the Inn at Circle T for helping to soothe our frayed nerves after a traumatic experience. It was not just the coffee maker, it was the whole tray it was on. I actually thought the dull gray color was the actual color of the coffeemaker the night before. The breakfast was very disappointing. Very few options. Biscuits and bland gravy, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, bread, cereal. No fresh fruits, no potatoes. There were no plates in sight. To get one, you have to knock on the kitchen door, hand over your breakfast ticket and they then hand you a foam plate. It was a weird set up.
