Delay for rain I understand. Failing to call to cancel or reschedule an appointment I do not understand. They might be the best guys in town, but if they don't communicate well, that doesn't bode well for them doing what I actually want them to do.

When they do respond it's false promises or them pushing blame for work not getting as much as started back on me or someone else. They are very smooth talkers in the beginning but soon as you give them money, your ghosted. Trying to get my money back proved to be a joke. They came up with fees to eat up majority of the money.
