Matt Loder was my realtor. Never acted as if he was engaged in the deal we were trying to work out for a piece of property in richmondville. Couldn't be bothered to send out the contract with the correct property address or my home address on the paperwork. I expressed my interest in knowing what the perk test results were on the property early on in our dealings and he didn't bother to get the info on the test until after he finally got the contract correct. Absolutely awful realtor, didn't even have the decency to reach out after sending the perk test results and we expressed concerns about making the deal. Like we didn't exist. Never use this realtor, you'll regret it!!! read more

We bought a farm approximately one year ago and were lucky enough to have found Matt Loder to be our real estate agent. We were not from the area and traveled to Cobleskill on weekends to look at available properties. We visited many properties for sale over a several month period throughout which Matt was very helpful and overall a pleasure to deal with. He had no problem in working with us on weekends which was great. His knowledge of the local towns and his attention to our requests made the process stress free and overall we were very comfortable in dealing with him. In the end, with his help, we felt that we purchased a great piece of property for a reasonable price. In addition, as we were new to the area, we leveraged Matt to locate various professionals to assist us in updates were were looking to make to the farm. Matt Loder has got to be the worst realtor in the industry! We were given our contracts with the wrong home address, wrong property address and when test results we requested were given the day before our contract was to be signed and they were not to our expectations based upon previous conversations prior to committing, and we chose to decline the deal, he didn't even have the decency to reply an acknowledgement of our correspondence!!!
