When I attempted to purchase a property that was being listed by CM Fox, there were a number of issues. I unfortunately did not end up getting the property for the following reasons: 1) I was told that the gas line could be put in for $5k, but it turned out the gas company wouldn't run it at all. 2) After accepting my offer they tried to reduce the size of the lot by a half acre. 3) They put $11k/ year on the listing for the "estimated" taxes, but their estimate was a bit off when the tax bill came back at $21k/year! 4) I believe that the listing agent was somehow an owner in the property too, but she didn't disclose that in the listing. STEER CLEAR of these people, or at least Jamie Mazuryk! If her lips were moving, she is probably lying. read more
