Instead, they completely ruined the experience for us. Their business practices are highly misleading, and we felt victims of blatant false advertising. The staff was nice when closing the sale then incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire process when massive issues arose due to their own mistakes. The O'Connor RV staff was not sorry at all. To make matters worse, the owner seemed completely unbothered by our situation and showed zero accountability. They are super hard to deal with, and it is simply not worth interacting with them. The only reason this got resolved is because the Forest River factory from the USA stepped in and helped fix the problem. After two weeks of hard fighting and getting lawyers involved, we finally got our money back and returned the trailer. Save yourself the stress and avoid this dealership at all costs.

Because I forgot to drop off a key to the aftermarket hood locks the mechanic had to wait for me to get the key to him so he could complete the job. I desperately needed my Jeep for a trip that I was leaving early the next morning. I was blown away by the fact that they kept the shop open for over an hour past their normal closing time on one of the hottest days on record on a Friday afternoon just so I would have my Jeep for my planned trip I was going on the following morning. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.
