While midway through the job, Ken advised that the repairs wouldn't require as much as he anticipated. The end result was a smaller bill and a very satisfied customer. Excellent service, reasonable rates and a sincere desire to do the best for his customers. What more could you want?

He ordered the part & he installed it. He ensured that it was consistently before he was ready to go. That was 3 weeks ago and it is still going strong. We'd use him again.

Wally and Ken gave the motorhome a very through and accurate assessment and the price we agreed upon was held and it was what I received. The process was seamless, well documented and they communicated well. They phoned with offers and I now have my cheque. Many thanks to Ken and Wally and all at Cottonwood for taking on a big motorhome in the middle of a cold winter. It was very easy to deal with them and I'm very pleased by the way they do business. 9/10. Hedley Kitchen

Instead, they completely ruined the experience for us. Their business practices are highly misleading, and we felt victims of blatant false advertising. The staff was nice when closing the sale then incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire process when massive issues arose due to their own mistakes. The O'Connor RV staff was not sorry at all. To make matters worse, the owner seemed completely unbothered by our situation and showed zero accountability. They are super hard to deal with, and it is simply not worth interacting with them. The only reason this got resolved is because the Forest River factory from the USA stepped in and helped fix the problem. After two weeks of hard fighting and getting lawyers involved, we finally got our money back and returned the trailer. Save yourself the stress and avoid this dealership at all costs.

I desperately needed my Jeep for a trip that I was leaving early the next morning. WoW! I have never had such excellent customer service. I highly recommend Trademasters for their honest, fair pricing, friendly professional services.

Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.
