When I was diagnosed with ILD during a hospitalization in Brooklyn, she immediately changed my biologic infusion to one that works best with that type of RA induced condition. Recently I had a concern about whether the first medication I started taking in 2014 causing a new problem. She said the only way to know was to stop it, which was exactly what I wanted to hear. It might even no longer be needed because of the newer stronger drugs. Im very confident in her treatment plan and judgement. My friend sees Dr Cannon and thinks he is wonderful. I can't speak to the other doctors in the practice as I've had no interactions with them. The staff is wonderful, from the front desk to the nurses in the infusion room. They become like friends. I love being remembered when I come in. I highly recommend the practice.

It was my first appointment with Dr. Cannon since my Hospital stay at the end of July. He is the absolute best and I'm very grateful he's my Doctor. I had several concerns about some of the test results during my Hospital stay and how they could affect my Psoriatic Arthritis. He took the time to answer all of my questions and eased my mind on several issues. I just cannot say enough about this kind and caring Physician. Not everyone is a cookie cutter patient and none should be treated like that even if they were. I explained my concerns to the receptionist the first time I called. She (can't remember her name, blonde woman in the office with a sweet Southern twang) is the reason I initially felt comfortable making an appointment. She was not in a hurry to get me off of the phone and she did everything she could to make the appointment soon and as convenient for me as possible. Dr. Riedler was the only one available as soon as I needed to get in. Initially she was not the doctor that I intended to see, but it takes six months to get into him so I opted for Dr. Riedler. My reason for not intending to see her was because someone had referred me to the other doc, not for any other reason. I just wanted to go to someone that had a good experience with a doctor. I figured I could always switch if I needed to. That didn't end up being the case. My first visit with Dr. Riedler was quite impressive. She took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns. She didn't rush through and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure that I had all of my concerns addressed. She didn't talk down to me and understood my stance on some issues. Dr. Riedler not only took a great deal of time with me, but she ordered a battery of tests to see what was going on with me. She is extremely thorough. She sits down with the test results and not only tells you what they are but shows you. She highlights any areas of concerns and writes suggestions for trying to correct those issues. She doesn't skim through the results. When she is sure that you understand everything and have no more questions, she makes her way to the next patient. Check out is quick and easy. If possible, they set up the next appointment for you when you are making your co-pay and you get a text almost immediately for reference.

Even though my mother lived alone, in her own apartment in New York, my brother, then living in Virginia Beach, virtually kidnapped her from the convalescent center where she was recuperating from a fall in her home. I also worked in this convalescent center as a nurse. Even though Dr. Dunnington knew I existed, in Florida, he NEVER, not even ONCE, advised me of the severe depression my mother was having. In the notes, many times, it says she "missed her family and friends". I feel this doctor should have demanded to know where I was, my telephone number, and address, to advise me of my mother's despair...but, he never did....NEVER. I wanted Mom to come to Florida for a visit, but he said, in a note, to my brother, that she was unfit to travel. Yet, she was fit to travel from Va. Beach to NC. I was thoroughly disgusted by the inactions of this doctor in regards to my mother. I was Mom's sole caregiver from the time my father passed away in 1979 until she was kidnapped in 1994. My brother actually went home right before our father passed away, "to send out my bills". If you have a loved one under this doc's care....beware.

My partner has a form of myofascial pain and has bounced around from doctor to doctor. It's amazing to me how many doctors treat these patients poorly often getting overtly frustrated with their patient when they can't find a way to lessen the symptoms. Dr. Warth on the other hand was empathetic and actually is willing to put out effort and time to find the best way to relieve the awful symptoms when there is no cure. He takes the time to call and talk to you thoroughly about the medication schedule and will answer telephone calls, emails and text messages promptly.
