Yeni will leave you mid session for up to 30 minutes without an apology or an explanation and rush to grab another walk-in client just so the other stylists don't grab them first. She's constantly late and never apologizes for keeping you waiting. She completely missed an appointment I had once because she claimed she forgot I was scheduled but was upset when I didn't say good morning first. I finally brought it to the owner's attention but he dismissed her unprofessionalism as miscommunication. Skip this spot, it's not worth the drama.
