I should've known from another person's review that this place was a scam. I saw on facebook marketplace that a kettlebell was in stock. I am so glad they opened the third store. I also shop at the same stores in La Habra and in Orange. They carry overstocked items from Costco and Sam's club. You may find items from Target, Trader Joe, and etc. Friendly staff. Great selection. Great value. Great service. Definitely will be back. read more

Grand opening today! Super excited as this place has a lot of items from Costco and Sam's Club. I like how they have an area for clothing, catch supplies, dried goods and food snacks, pet supplies and food, kitchenware, and furniture section. This is their 3rd location where the other ones are in Orange and La Habra. Used to be Deals 4 Less and I'm glad they kept this store as a bargain store. They have name brand items like DKNY Betsey Johnson French Connectoon and Gloria Vanderbilt etc just to name a few Definitely found some good values on items and overall items are stocked. One less yelp star because they took customers with a few less items than us and escorted them to the front of the line. Given that this is their first day a lot of the staff had a hard time checking people out at the registers. read more

I've gotten plenty of bargains on well known brand as well as new brands and useful products. They always greet me when entering and existing and check on me to offer assistance. Clean, aisles well maintained, overall organized. Variety of items for entire home. I will add that I didn't appreciate being lied to about them NOT having a restroom when I first came into the store. I learned afterwards and the young lady claimed that the staff member probably didn't know that it was now working. All she had to say was that it wasn't working but she said they didn't have one at all and sent me to neighboring stores instead. Overall not too bad, come and see for yourself. Just be sure to go relieve yourself before going inside the store. read more

Great store with great selection! Only downside is the nasty attitude of the cashier. Kimberly sweetie, customer service is not for everyone. If you hate your job so much get a better job. I come in here to spend my hard earned money. Only to be met with a cashier who doesn't even know how to greet or say thank you. Do better. Costco is definitely a good place to get items in bulk. My go to staples are always the toilet…read morepaper, laundry items, sparkling beverages, dairy and eggs. As for fresh produce I've noticed that they will go bad if you don't consume them as fast. So items like fresh fruits and vegetables are better elsewhere unless you have a family of 4 or more it's going to be hard to finish all that fresh produce before it spoils. Another great place to buy frozen products as they are definitely cheaper here. I've gotten fresh lobster tails and long crab legs here before. They also have good Kirkland wings that are delicious when cooked in the air fryer. Bulk lasagna is good for parties. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to get the Beechera Mac and Cheese and it's so delicious! Out of all the grocery stores I've been to , Costco freshly cooked rotisserie chicken here is the largest and most moist. Great for dinner and the leftovers are good for sandwhich or to make chicken salad for later. There's a food court at this location and it's always busy. You order at the kiosk and wait in line to pick up your food. They still got the $1.50 hot dog and drink combo so that's good. During the holidays that have deals on electronics so it's good to browse their sale and advertising online to see what's on sale in store. This location is the worst for parking. Out of all the Costco I've been to this place is just super crowded so you have to be patient when finding a space. Also patience is needed to return items here as there's always a long line. Unless you have executive membership and come right at opening be prepared to wait in a long return line.

I was in line at the Costco self checkout a few weeks ago. An employee herded me over to the empty…read moreself checkout line. I had no idea how to use it. I stood there for a minute and tried to scan. Soon there were several people behind me. Soon those people behind me were getting anxious. Finally a Costco member said there was another line open over a few feet away. I left the self checkout lane and walked over to the regular checkout lane. By the time I got there, there were several people ahead of me. I had to wait another 10 minutes. Finally a cashier rang up my order, being efficient and certainly not friendly. And then I put in my credit card. It was rejected again and again and again. I thought the card was bad. I started calling my credit card company. And, Not only did I get the aggravation of the people behind me, but the Costco cashier stopped me and in a rude voice, read me the riot act about how I needed to have a Costco credit card. Lastly, on my way out, I saw employees checking off all sorts of people's receipts. I started making my way out, bypassing the receipt checking. I was then rudely and physically pulled aside, threatened, and lectured on how that they have every right to check my receipt. To complete this review, I want to talk about selection and value. The selection doesn't matter so much to me--Costco usually has very little selection. It is the value which is the primary reason most people go to Costco. But to me it barely matters. When sales people and cashiers are downright rude to a customer, that makes the customer, especially me, shop at other places. These days my wife still insists on shopping at Costco. But I avoid Costco, even with their little free food taste testing stations and lower prices, it's just not worth my aggravation. One last complaint: I never buy food from the food court. I'm a vegetarian, and the only food I ever bought was their awful pizza. Never again. 0 out of 5 carrots.

When I opened it, my eggs were smashed, my raspberries had leaked juice all over the inside of the box, and one item was missing entirely. Trying to get this resolved was even worse than the damaged order itself. I called the store three separate times and was disconnected every single time without ever reaching a representative. I then waited in the online chat queue, logged into my account, and provided my email and phone number. After all of that, I was told to minimize the chat to retrieve my order number. The moment I did, the chat session closed and I couldn't get back in. Next, I called the 1-800 customer service line and waited on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally reached someone, I was told they would not replace the missing item -- only refund it. So now I either have to spend another $50+ to qualify for free shipping again, pay for shipping, or make a separate trip to the store. That is not a resolution -- it's an inconvenience pushed back onto the customer. We're leaving for vacation, and the missing item was specifically purchased for my kids for that trip, which makes this even more frustrating. Mistakes happen. Poor packing happens. But making customers jump through hoops just to fix your mistake is unacceptable. If your order is anything less than perfect, be prepared to waste time and settle for a refund instead of an actual solution.

I know a lot about doors and the material used to manufacture them and the problems that are caused by using poor quality parts. Plastic rollers break and cheaply made tracks get bent and need replacing. This is not going to happen with McCoy doors. I have ordered and installed dozens of their doors in the past year or so. The doors I have ordered come when they are supposed to, are packaged nicely to prevent damage in transportation and have come in the correct size with all the necessary installation material. I am not buying wardrobe doors for my customers anywhere else.

I went to yelp and found Daisy Kart Florist and gave them a call around 3pm (they close at 4pm). The gentlemen I spoke with was super nice and empathetic to me getting scammed and wanted to help. I asked if they could deliver to my wife's office in Eastvale and told them the place closed at 5pm and they agreed, helped me pick which arrangement over the phone (looked through the website with me and made suggestions) and called me around 4:30pm to confirm that the delivery would happen with an ETA of 4:50pm. That situation speaks for itself. Great service and they'll be my main florist to use for my wife moving forward. It's hard to find a place you can trust these days.

I like going to drive-in I love the privacy and quietness in my vehicle. I had a mattress in the back of my truck with the tailgate propped open to lay out our goodies, and watched the movie with my girlfriend. Overall experience for her and me was awesome. We got hooked to the dual movie per screen which made the drive-in movie experience more valuable than spending your money at the movie theaters at the mall.
