I wanted to try it…read morebecause the company I purchased them from before did not really have good customer service and they only sold tires but did not do alignments, which I wanted. They did provide free rotation but when I made an appt it took 2-3 ours just to rotate them. I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The staff immediately said hello, asked me what I was looking for and they took my information and gave me a cost for a set of 4 Michelin Defender tires for a lower price than my previous company. The Manager (Thomas I believe) told me they would meet or beat the competitors price and he did. He said they would have the tires in this afternoon and could put them on the same day. I was wondering if I would get a call and I did. He called around 3 PM and said if I came in at 5 they would put them on today. They took me in about 445 and I was out a little after 6 and that included an alignment. Everyone was attentive, friendly and truly wanted to do a good job. Highly recommended and telling my friends. One thing that was different is I paid by credit card in the morning instead of paying after the tires were installed. Was not a big deal but was different. I assume had I cancelled they would have refunded my credit card.

Picked the truck up because the mechanic, Shane, said he did everything he could and it still wasn't running correctly and we Ended up paying $14,000 and we were left stranded because the truck broke down within 400 miles. Go figure! It blew a 4th set of head gaskets! They have said they will pay for repairs but it's been over a month since it broke down again, and they still haven't paid for their mistakes. Took it to a new shop and we were told the engine doesn't even have the right bolts in it. Clearly this shop knows they messed up big time but even tho they say they will back their warranty and pay for it to be fixed, it's all lies and they don't keep their word. BEWARE of this company. Two were found at my families house in Ringgold and by the time I arrived at Ider, Alabama I had lost a third lug nut. I messaged them on facebook because they were closed and they were at first willing to make things right until they found out we were an hour away. I told them I was in Ider and they would send a technician and they said to send an address and we will come or we will be here at the shop at 6 am. They then responded asking what is make and model of the car. I then asked what time they were coming with no response. I asked if they were coming and again they did not respond. My husband and I called at 6 am when they said they would be open and he then proceeded to blame it on someone else and refused to make things right. He did not have the decency to inform us that it was too far or even offer to meet half way. He even stated that someone had to tamper with the lug nuts that there is no way I could have driven that far. He then proceeded to tell me to come to the shop and he will loosen my lug nuts and see how far we would make it down the interstate. He is right, only by the grace of God that me and my twin boys were able to drive as far without a life threatening catastrophe occurring! He was extremely rude, course and unwilling to even consider human error. My Husband drove in from South Carolina to help and my father had to run to toyota to buy special lug nuts. All for cheap tires and service that comes with a threat!

There was no communication at all and I paid as much for a cheaper battery than I paid for the interstate battery and it should have been at a reduced rate because it still warranty left on it, but that's OK I will never go back.
