Surprised given the bulk nature of Costco that they don't have pricing guns at the self checkout.

I have been a patient of Dr. Linder since I moved to Antioch in 2016, and in all these years I have…read morenever had a single bad experience. She has seen me through every stage and change in my vision and every eye issue I've had along the way. When I first started seeing her, I was nearsighted. Over time I also became farsighted and eventually needed bifocals, and she managed that whole transition with care and attention. Later, I developed a detached vitreous, and she guided me through that with calm, thorough care and reassurance. I also have idiopathic intracranial hypertension (increased intracranial pressure), which means that sometimes I need to be seen urgently. Every single time that has happened, she has made time for me. That alone says a lot about the kind of doctor she is. Her office itself is great -- it's always very clean and well kept, there is plenty of parking, and the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. You never feel stressed walking in there, and you never feel like you're just another number. I'm a nursing instructor, and at a recent visit, I told Dr. Linder that I was feeling intimidated about teaching the anatomy of the eye because, honestly, it's a complex topic if you're not in that specialty. Without hesitation, she offered to meet with me, look over my PowerPoint, and help me fact-check it. What really amazed me is that she did this on her own time, on one of her days off, and with incredible patience. She would make an excellent teacher. The way she explains things and the analogies she uses make complicated concepts actually make sense. I walked away from that meeting not only feeling more confident about my lecture, but genuinely more interested in the eye itself, which is not something I ever thought I'd say. As a nurse, I pay attention to certain things in healthcare providers. Dr. Linder clearly loves her specialty and isn't just going through the motions or counting down to retirement. She's fully present and engaged in her work. She takes the time to explain what's going on, discuss prevention, and make sure you understand what's happening with your own body. She also genuinely cares about her patients as people, not just diagnoses. She's also very down to earth. She's not stiff or overly "buttoned up." She's easy to talk to, warm, and approachable, and she makes it easy to ask questions without feeling rushed or dismissed. I can honestly say Dr. Linder is the kind of physician you hope to find and keep for life. I'm incredibly grateful for her care and truly blown away by her dedication to both her patients and her field. I recommend her without hesitation.

It was absolutely packed in their waiting room, like people on top of each other I felt like a sardine. The doctor was ok, but very distracted with other patients. The Optical department was a joke. I called and left a message twice for the eye clinic , not realizing it was their optical dept., they never forwarded the message. I called back and they said they are part of them yet separate, whatever! I made the mistake of going to they eye clinic and went to the optical after my appt. to order 3 pairs of glasses, they told me I had 5 minutes to pick them out, they were going to lunch, or I could come back after 1 oclock. Needless to say I ordered nothing from them and I never will. TERRIBLE customer service do not go you will regret it, I did.

He belittled myself and my girlfriend in the office telling us how uneducated we were and he knew best. He didn't even bother to look at my eye yet proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I needed done even though I had been to three previous doctors who told me to see him for a stye removal. Terrible, terrible experience. I am embarrassed and completely dissatisfied. I hope in writing this review the doctor will either change his ways or people will avoid him altogether. Plus I waited for 2 hours to be belittled.
