I don't know how a manager or any employee does not see this and get the proper person to take care of it. I told a couple of employees about the overflowing can on Saturday, May 1, around noon. Also this same day, same time, the women's bathroom was filthy. Papers on the floor, unflushed, smelly. Why does no employee see either of these things and do something about it?

Their Amazon center is convenient to me, and works great unless there's someone there trying to COMPLAIN instead of RETURN. In return I get coupons to shop at Kohls, so I've been looking around. On the plus side the store is clean, quiet, and uncrowded. On the flip side...none of the coupons seem to come close to the price I could get at other local stores, from bedspreads to shirts to batteries. I defy you to tell the difference between a JC Penney and a Kohl's…read more They're both laid out the same. They both have similar markup to markdown merchandise and zero help. One notable difference is that there's Kohl's cash to help ease the pain. JC doesn't even give up a Penney. And when you find a live human that could help, they avoid eye contact. If you do manage to make contact, they give nonsensical answers to straightforward questions, like "What sizes do you stock in men's suits?" and "Why do certain sizes show online as being in store?" I'm done. I love some of their products but shopping in store is not worth it.
