Brought my 05 Crown Victoria leaking rear transmission fluid and told them I had already paid a shop that said that they fix the issue but clearly they didn't so I tried Park Place out the technician saw the transmission puddle it left in his parking lot and yet I waited three weeks for him to tell me that my water pump has some play in it and had no information about why my transmission was leaking. He then goes to tell me that would be 400 and something odd dollars to fix my water pump but had no information besides my transmission fluid being a little over. When I asked if there's some hole that the transmission fluid would leak out of if it were over filled he again had no answer for me he said he would have to put it back up on the Lift to figure that out. This is where I lost complete faith in this place as my original request was to figure out why was leaking transmission fluid here we are three weeks later with no information about my transmission fluid leak but apparently I have a bad water pump. I walk in the next day around 10 2 and told the two ladies at counter that I don't feel like this place is going to figure out my issue with my transmission and that I would like to take my vehicle. All of a sudden they had answers to why the transmission may have been leaking when the day prior the guy said it would take him until next weekend to get it back on the lift and now first thing in the morning they have an answer for me when I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. They charged me $55 to tell me absolutely nothing about why I left a puddle of transmission fluid in their parking lot. These guys are Crooks they're in it for money. They would rather make a few hundred dollars off of you in diagnosing absolutely nothing then actually fixing the actual issue. The professionalism here is out the window front counter girls who I believed to be the owner's daughter just laughed in my face and continues to try to talk over me when I had nothing else to say I just wanted my keys and to pay my bill and be on my way you don't just magically pull answers out of your ass when you don't have them unless you already have them. Keep your car away from here don't even think about it

My car was finished being worked on by the time I finished my complimentary coffee in their waiting room. Called Firestone at 3.30PM inquiring about a flat repair for my rental car. Spoke to Vince who was…read morevery helpful and accommodating; told me service center open til 7.00PM(wow I am used to 5.00PM where I come from) but try to bring in vehicle by 5.30PM. Arrived at store 4.45PM; the place was swamped with customers and phone calls. Vince the only one at the counter, however, he tried to help everybody. Took my rental car in immediately, however, we discovered the tire was unrepairable due to the location of the nail and that a approval from the rental car company would be needed. At this point it was after 5.00PM and Vince recommended to bring the vehicle back in the morning as we would have to wait for the approval anyway. He filled up the tire with extra air; it was a small leak so it was ok to drive the car. In the morning arrived 7.30AM dealt with Charles, who was just as helpful as Vince. He took all the vehicle info and submitted the approval request to the rental car company. He recommended not to wait as it might take a while and I had to be at work and the car was drivable. I returned at 4.45PM again and dealt with Vince again. The approval had been received and he changed the tire and got me back on the road by 5.30PM. Overall great experience; did notice Vince and Charles helping other customers while I was waiting trying to address their issues; I like the 7.00AM to 7.00PM hours and weekend hours too. Certainly would have no issues using this location again.

My car is a 2024 and still had a few months left on my Texas registration. Getting a state inspection I figured was an in and out procedure; boy was I wrong. I received a mailing from CBA and didn't know if they were a good place but they had it where you can schedule online so I gave it a shot. I made my appointment for 7AM because it's really the only time I can get my car done during to work. I arrive and was waiting until 7AM to go in but noticed another gentleman walked in so I went it about 6:55AM. I immediately asked how long it would take. Initially the rep wanted me to drop it off and offered shuttle service but I really only had about an hour. He said let me check. He came back and said what if we can get you out of here at 8AM I said deal. My car was done at 7:55AM. They even brought me out hot coffee on the most well designed tray with a cookie and everything.
