I took my car in to get new wheel bearings installed, which the shop did in a fairly reasonable…read moreamount of time. They charged me around $420 which I guess is about right for the labor, but the problem is what happened after that. When they gave me my car back I started getting all these warning lights and basically everything with my braking system is not functioning now. I took the car back to them to see if they could figure out what happened and after about an hour wait with them looking around the car they just told me no, I needed to take it to a dealership because they don't know what's going on. So right now my anti-lock braking system, hill start assist, electronic parking brake, vehicle stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, brake hold system, and even, for some crazy reason, my power steering system lights are on. They gave me the vehicle back this way. With the braking system not working right. Again, I did take the vehicle back to them and tried to make them fix it, I talked to all three mechanics, I called them back again after I got home and after all that none of them could fix whatever they messed up. Do with that what you will, but I can't recommend this shop at all.

I've been experiencing a slow leak on one of the tires for quite some time. I had it checked twice in New Jersey, and I also replaced the rim before I left expecting that to be the fix. Of course, as soon as we get to North Carolina, the tire is flat.. a neighbor recommended Jessie and he was immediately able to find the leak and repair it. I took out my wallet to pay., and all the payment that was needed , was a handshake. Now that's the way to run a business.. thanks so much for the hospitality, we're definitely gonna like it here. I also noticed how clean and orderly the shop is. This is definitely the place to go to for service

Talk about feeling uncomfortable and feeling ripped off, let me share it. On May 13th, I took my…read moretruck there for an A/C leak and after $100 I was told there were no issues found. They had replaced the refrigerant and I was good to go but if the A/C went out again to bring it back. On June 3rd, my A/C stopped working again so I took it back to them. When I arrived to drop it off I was wearing my Army PT shorts and the front desk lady came closer, looked me up and down and said: "Look at those legs! I'm glad it's warm outside and that's right, I got no shame." I'm glad my wife wasn't there, cause it would probably have gotten ugly. Anyone would feel flattered with a compliment, but that felt completely out of place and wrong. Now imagine the opposite, I'm the one behind the counter and say that to a lady coming in as a customer? Later on, Bob called me and explained the Condenser was bad and it would cost $775 to replace it. I told him I would have to wait to get it fixed. He charged me again $50 this time which to my surprise would not be counted against the $775 if I brought it back to them. I just got off the phone with Auto Zone and they have a brand new Condenser for $120 w/ lifetime warranty. Called another shop and they can replace it for a fraction of the cost. Best of luck to anyone bringing your vehicle there.

This company said it was his rear Calipers (brake). Really?!? They replaced the rear Calipers, with no consent, did not supply the damaged parts at the end, and charged him over $500.00! Guess what?!? Didn't fix the problem (imagine that!). My son had to take the car to another (honest) repair shop, which diagnosed the problem as the front rotors. Now, I know cars, so the front rotors sound are way more the likely culprit! I am 56 AND HAVE NEVER, EVER, HAD TO REPLACE THE REAR CALIPERS ON ANY VEHICLE I HAVE EVER OWNED. Buyer beware.
