While I was concerned at first, my fears were assuaged when I tasted it. Delicious. I got to the middle of the calzone and discovered an over easy egg had been put in it as well. I don't think it really added anything to the overall success of the meal. I used the crust around the edges to clean up the insides that spilled out during the eating.
