Costa at the Manchester Arndale, is pretty much your average Costa, it can get quite busy here being located inside a large shopping centre, it is in a good location, tucked to the side of the car park lifts on the Ground Floor.
I've visited this branch many times, and while I have noticed a great deal of inconsistency, standards have improved a little lately with drinks and food.
The store also supports online Click and Collect, where you can order ahead in Costa's app, making this one of the last branches of Costa in the city centre to support this function.
On my most recent visit, I ordered a breakfast box and a Strawberry Mint Iced Tea.
The breakfast box is available from the fridge and is reheated, while it isn't fresh, it was reasonable, costing £4.50. I like how they made it gluten-free too and used Heinz-branded beans.
The iced teas here are fairly nice, again I think they make them in a pitcher and serve them to order, considering this it isn't too bad, which is my favourite drink to get here as I'm not a fan of their coffee.
It may not be the most comfortable location to sit back and relax, again due to being very open within the Arndale, but if you're looking for a quick refuel and recharge while shopping, there are worse places in the world. 3* read more
