Princeton Orthopaedics & Associates - Workers Comp Dept…read more Hands down the worst scheduling and workers comp department I've ever dealt with. The staff talks over you, talks down to you, and treats you like you're an inconvenience instead of a patient. Every call is attitude and zero help. I found out I'd been driving 15+ miles round-trip to appointments when they have another office less than a mile from my home -- and no one bothered to tell me. When I called to switch because I had no transport, the first woman was rude as usual and kept saying, "I don't know, not my department." No effort to help. Then they blind-transferred me to the comp coordinator who acted like we were friends in a bar, not a professional handling my case. Their delays were so bad that my knee injury literally healed incorrectly while waiting weeks for an MRI and then weeks more just to get results scheduled. Four to six weeks for everything. Constant rudeness the whole time. Workers comp or not, I'm still a patient. This office forgets that completely. Avoid this place unless you want stress, delays, and disrespect.

Physical therapy staff is professional, compassionate, and always creative. They find therapies that are interesting and challenging, using traditional and more advanced therapies to target and address problems. Their instructions are clear, I can practice the routines at home and have learned to develop higher tolerance for the movements, to great therapeutic effect. My doctor can see the improvement and consistent progress after a broken bone. I could not be happier that I selected this team.

I walked into jag thinking I would be making a ton of progress with my setback, however this did not happen. One of the new physical therapists is quite a handful. After asking a simple question she yelled at me saying that I'm "not working hard enough." As a patient I found this rude and disrespectful, I have been going to pt to get better not be bullied. Anyone who has had an injury knows how difficult recovery could be. It takes a mental and physical impact on you. This therapist comment really hurt me, considering the meaning that she said that "I wasn't working hard" when it takes weeks in order to make progress on injuries. I respect physical therapists for what they do, although her comment separated my perception to a reality. Do yourself a favor And go to a physical therapist that does does not bully you. -Karen

I should have read the google reviews before switching practices. I originally came here for a…read moresecond opinion. The office is disgusting, stains all over the carpets, walls, and old furniture. The women at the reception area are rude, unprofessional, and treat the patients poorly. The older receptionist woman had me waiting 45 minutes while the doctor gave my appointment away because she could not figure out my insurance card... which is digital. This was my first appointment, I then was placed in a waiting room that was dirty, then bugs started crawling from under the paper! I was moved and then seen by doctor Palmer, who I like and think he is very knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately, I cannot continue giving his practice my business because of the poor quality of his front desk staff and lack of cleanliness of the building. I returned today for my second appointment. I was running late, I called and one of the receptionist told me to come anyway. I checked in, waited and waited over an hour and when I asked when I would be seen they said that I will not be eligible to be seen until the last appointment is finished... 2 hours after my first appointment. Not once was communicated that I would have to wait hours to be seen, I was screamed at and told I need to take my issue up with the doctor. The staff at this office clearly have never worked at a reputable medical facility because they do not treat the patients professionally or with respect. Let me add that I look very young, and they probably figured they could get away with treating me this way because I am young. I took my records and will go to a better practice. It is a shame because I do like my doctor but the people working their are unbearable. He should put a recording device/camera in this place to see the unprofessional activity and mistreat of his patients for himself, but obviously this kind of behavior and run of the business has to be already known and is tolerated.

While I agree with other reviewers that Connie is an excellent PT and the staff is friendly,…read moreoverall my experience with Ivy was negative. I went in for PT for a specific problem, yet was given exercises for other problems and NOT for the problem for which I went to Ivy. I was clear that I was only there to address the one problem for which I had a referral from my doctor and did not want to address the other problems at Ivy, as I was dealing with them with another PT that I see. I asked about treatment for my one problem repeatedly, but it was not addressed. It felt very much like a private equity owned enterprise (I later learned that it is owned by private equity), as they focused on putting in a billing code that my insurance would pay for rather than treating my actual problem. They encouraged me to come 3x/week, even though my problem is not acute and I had exercises to do at home, so once/week should have sufficed and been a better use of my prescription. Also, I actually read their privacy policy - which I had to agree to in order to have my visit - and it literally gives permission for them to share my personal information with companies that are looking for organ and tissue donors! What does this have to do with PT? Is it just another way to monetize me? I asked to have it printed out so that I could cross out that item before agreeing, but this was not possible. If you have a problem that has a billing code and you don't mind that they are probably monetizing your personal information in macabre ways, you will be in good hands with Connie.

Yikes... the place was full of people sitting and waiting. This was our first time coming in with our toddler. Appointment was at 9:30, our name wasn't called till 10:30. The nurse who helped our daughter with her cast was extremely kind, careful and patient her name was Mel, thank you Mel for your kindness gentleness and compassion for our child. The Dr. who came in was Dr Bills, he answered all of our questions quickly and was out the door, the nurses took over and were very helpful. From first impressions it seemed like the place is busy and they could use more staff. I hope they pay those nurses well because it truly shows how the nurses are the ones who take the patients on more so than the doctors themselves. The front desk lady who we had spoken with Ms Logan, was extremely helpful, answered a lot of our questions that we had as we were "self pay" customers. Thank you for the nurses Mel & for Ms Logan's help and support in navigating through what seemed like a stressful situation/time for us. Cons: waiting time Tip: bring your patience with you and understand the nurses are doing their best to get to everyone, it is not their fault! Giving a 3 star rating because as a place of "business" and a place where a lot of people come they should employ more nurses/doctors that would help run the place more smoothly and more efficiently. It has potential but seeing many elderly people there made me sad for them. People should not have to wait so long for their appointments. It's unprofessional.
