We were in a new area, and asked around for a place that was being safe, and folks really recommended this spot. Made an appointment, and they said they had only one spot left that day. We get there and the place is almost empty. There was someone on the nails side getting a manicure or something, and then a few friendly staff members. So really socially distant! The little one kept her mask on the whole time, which I guess wasn't too hard with her long hair, but still it made me much more at ease with the whole thing. I appreciate their concern for their customers! The haircut wasn't super complicated, but I think they did a great job. Plus it was at a good price. I think we'll be back, even after the pandemic.

I told Miranda, in complete layperson's terms, what I thought were the problems and what I was hoping for. She listened closely to figure out what needed to be done to get what I wanted and pulled it off without a doubt! I went out in the evening after my appointment and I have never had so many compliments in such little time. Even now, 6 or so weeks out, I still get strangers engaging me to tell me how much they like my color and to inquire where it was done! It will be a cold day, you-know-where, before I go anywhere else for any reason. Miranda has earned my respect and repeat business for good. Also, I love the small, cozy, welcoming environment.
