The girl tried to talk me into low lights which I was confused about. I asked to just tone it. Well, she did and my hair was almost black! I was so surprised and shocked. When I called the next day to speak with a manager she offered no help. And then told me to call her back next week! I'm sorry as a business owner I would call a client to check on them if they weren't satisfied and I would NOT tell them it was their problem. So typical of an average salon to take their mistake and tell me it's my problem.

I had just purchased a new white shirt with mini/low mock turtle neck. A towel was never placed around my neck/shoulders. When I got home, I realized the back/top of the collar of my shirt had gotten permanent hair color all over it. This was a huge disappointment. It was literally my first day wearing it and I really just loved it but it's pretty ruined at this point unless I wear my hair down, which I dont a lot. I understand my shirt of choice for this color service could have been different, but I also know there are things that can be done as stylists to minimize accidents like this. My only other quick take away was that I was hoping to liven up the highlights that I had that were dull/lacking luster and had faded quite a bit. I was hoping to feeling the tone of them but I didn't really notice a difference in color. But my hair was shiny and my stylist did an AMAZING job with my blow out and making me feel really beautiful when I left. Again, I was just so disappointed about the fact that my new shirt was ruined and the glaze to tone down/deepen the color wasn't really as noticeable as I had hoped.. but overall, I love this salon. The staff is incredible friendly and kind and I have no doubt that this was just a one off experience. I hate to leave negative feedback but want to compliment my stylists bedside manner, kindness and her over skill set which was clearly great.

It is a beautiful salon, and right away I was offered a mocktail which was such a nice touch! They also had a variety of snacks too which is so nice. My appointment was with Gabby and she fixed me up after a bad haircut from someone else. She was super sweet and so fun to chat with. Another thing worth noting is the hair washing stations have a newer more modern design. This is the first time I've gotten my hair done and NOT felt pain in my neck. He told me not to do it and after everything insists he was right. When I arrived Nousha, which is not her legal name, because I am suing her is extremely manipulative and said that she will do my hair instead of my brows which is what I went there for with the Groupon. So she chopped my hair off shorter than my shoulders after I told her how upset I was with how short my hair was after the beautician at ULTA chopped it! So then she made this home made brew of bullshit to color my hair which washed out the next day. She says she makes everything orgayat home from powder, rose, lavender you name it, but somehow there's absolutely no smell of any of those ingredients. Then she tried to sell me her home made products. I'm not interested. It was honestly an overload and not at all what I went there for. I was told NOT TO BUY THE EYEBROW GROUPON because she would give me a better price in person. Then to top it off she had Officer Michael Stone from the Thiensville Police Department drive 20 miles to Greenfield to demand payment for my hair service AGAIN My nurse was evaluating my leg because I couldn't walk while this officer almost pounded my door in. I am filing a lawsuit against Nousha which is not her legal name btw as well as her lover Officer Michael Stone. This woman is a con artist and a fraud. She messed up my hair.
