This location service has become extremely inconsistent. My son has had some good experiences in…read morethe last few years, but his last few cuts left something to be desired. The last cut was a major disaster! He's been growing his hair out for 10 months to donate so most of his cuts have just been shape ups this last year. He was looking to get it faded on his sides and keep all of. It's awesome volume on the top. The stylist yesterday could not find a good line and ended up cutting multiple hard lines in his hair including the couple of places with gaping holes cut in his hair, and cutting his head in multiple places. Then he tried to take some "weight out" of the top which left him with a quarter of the hair he came in with and it was so thin and butchered it would no longer go back into a ponytail, or ever be able to be donated in the next 4 to 6 months. The only way to solve it is to shave his whole head. This years school pictures will be ones we'll never forget, and we will never be returning to sports clips.

After a friend suggesting the place to me and seeing many positive reviews online, i decided my situation was dire. With long, green, unlayered hair i entered Frances' beautiful salon. She greeted me warmly even as a new customer and handled my damaged hair with confidence. She explained what she was doing and why through each step of the color and styling. She also shared a lot of information on how to properly care for my dry hair. I asked if she carried bed head products as i had a favorite i ran out of a while ago. She said no, but said she can pick it up special for me in about a week. Very happy about her willingness to find whatever i was looking for. She managed me and another customer well, making sure neither of us were waiting any longer than it took our hair to set. Very comfortable conversation as well. The last salon i was at was another Milwaukee 2 years ago, and the experience was so terrible i tried to have friends and family do my cuts and colors since then. I think i have finally found a happy home for my hair. Very happy with the color and cut and i look forward to coming back when I'm due again! Thanks Frances!

Frances had excellent input and advice that really worked out for how I wear my hair (either air dried/curly or blown out with a round brush). I had a 5AM flight the next day for a job interview and scheduled my haircut for 5PM the night before, hoping I could get away without waking up CRAZY early to shower & style my hair. Frances gave great advice for how to keep my hair looking fresh & introduced me to a new way of blowing out my hair to give it longer lasting body.
