The building is super clean and they are doing an excellent job of following COVID safety protocols. I had$50 haircuts before at other salons, and they were freaking amazing. This wasn't worth $45. I also did a single color process and I ended up with "hot roots". I thought I'd give it a few weeks for the rest of the ends to fade but the roots are definitely much lighter than the rest of my hair. If I paid over $120 for a cut and one process color, I'd expect a great job at least. My hairstylist, Dasha replied and offered to correct it for free but sadly, I decided not to go back and go somewhere else. I'll have someone else correct it because I fear, it will be repeated.
