Ok with what little they did. Put a few highlights on top. Then said they didn't have time to finish. Came back $90 more. I stopped into John Robert's Spa with my friend for a facial. She's gone multiple times before, but…read morethis was my first time. The staff was very kind and welcoming when we arrived. While we waited to be taken back for our facials, we were offered coffee or tea. They have a special tea blend specifically for Aveda and it was so good! I ended up purchasing some before I left. Lol Luna did my facial and Summer did my friend's facial. We each got the 30 min facial. I think that's the perfect amount of time for a facial. They use Aveda products and everything smells so delicious. After my service, my skin was glowing. (And still is days later). So the reason why I gave 4 stars: 1) I felt the service was a bit on the pricey side for a 30 min facial. It was $80. That price won't deter me from getting another facial from here... but definitely not as often as I would if the price was a bit lower. The other reason I gave it 4 stars was that the receptionist ringing us out overcharged my friend. When my friend was trying to ask about it and explain why she thought she was overcharged, you could tell the receptionist was very confused and in the end it was just easier to let it go. Overall, this spa was great. Like I said, I will definitely come back, just not as often.

First time I got my hair cut and highlighted was August of 2019 which was a pretty good experience…read more I thought that I'd go back and try it again and it was the worst experience that I ever had. The stylist never put a cape on me and got color all over the back of my sweater. She didn't shape my hair up like I wanted it she actually cut it all off. I had to go back the next day to have a co-worker there fix it for me because she did such a bad job and it was uneven. and then he even the next day after I got that haircut it was so bad she had notches cut out of it it was long on the top and short in the back it was just a mess. So I went to great clips and the girl there couldn't believe how bad of a haircut I had I can't believe that I spent as much money as I did there I wish I could get my money back because it was not worth what I spent. I will never ever go back to that salon again.

I love Rose, and I love the way she cuts my hair every time I go. The only problem with this salon…read moreare the prices for haircuts. They're very expensive, $40 for a haircut when the average is $20. I'm not Jefree Star; I can't keep spending all this money on an expensive haircut when I can get it cheaper somewhere else.
