The staff has all been VERY friendly and helpful - and this is a Holiday weekend, so that says a lot. The facility is clean. The residents are friendly. So far the food at the restaurant has been quite good. The facility has lots of seating as you walk through, which is great because it gives residents a break as they walk through the halls AND it gives them an opportunity to sit down and people watch. Who doesn't like to people watch? (I'll admit that it's my favorite part about Vegas) Like I said, it's only been a couple of days. I'll make it a point to update my review when we've 'been around the block' a little more!

We used Care Advantage for my sister-in-law for about a week while we were making arrangements for…read moreassisted living. The last night we had a no-show. Fortunately nothing bad happened. A friend of hers acting as her financial POA thought he had paid the bill shortly thereafter. However, five months later he was contacted by a collection agency. At that point, the family portal showed the bill as paid-in-full. Maybe it was updated when the bill was sold to the collection agency? Apparently the payment (ACH transfer) had not gone through for some reason, but the only attempt that Care Advantage made to alert us to the problem before sending it to collections was a single phone call to my wife (who for better or worse does not take calls from unknown numbers). All in all, pretty much a sh#t-show.

But I called this business to inform them of the incident, and they allowed a person in their care to be put in the vehicle and transported away still. I realize this transportation company was taking someone to a doctors appointment, or something along that nature, and delaying that would be a headache, but thats no excuse. They could have found another way. An uber, an ambulance, one of their own staff... Something other than allowing someone in their care to get in a vehicle they had just been told had nearly ran someone over.

They improperly billed my insurance company and only billed a percentage of the intended balance. Long of it short they billed me for the rest of the balance. Then when they didn't get the money from me due to it being their error they sent the bill to collections even after they told me it was their mistake and they would take care of the issue. This is quite literally the most incompetent company I have ever come into contact with.
