I signed a contract for this Home Helpers of Chesterfield franchise owned by Tracy M.R. Boseman to do things for me and to take me to places. I had this caregiver service several years ago, from 2016 to 2017. I had them for one year, and they then terminated me. In the first four months, they had trouble providing me with caregivers on Thursdays from 12 noon to 4 P.M., but my contract stated that they were supposed to honor my contract when it came to the day and time that I wanted them to come. But, Tracy M.R Boseman failed in this part of my contract. On one occasion, a caregiver refused to get my groceries out of her car because she said she had surgery on her hand. I believe she said three months ago, at the time. I had reported this to their office. My contract stated they should do three things regarding my complaint against that caregiver. 1. They were supposed to document the complaint--2. Investigate my complaint. And then 3. Let me know the outcome of the investigation, which I never heard back on during this complaint process. On another occasion, I paid one of my invoices by check, which was $238.71. But it had yet to be cashed in 3 weeks. I thought the check got lost in the mail, so I paid them online to ensure they would get their payment. On the same day, the owner, Tracy M.R Boseman, decided to cash my check (which I thought was lost) for the same amount of $238.71. So, the owner was double-paid when it came to that same invoice. The owner & I got into several disagreements regarding my last invoice with them. There was a mistake on that last invoice, so I sent it back to her, without payment, so she could correct it before I would pay it. She refused to do this after several requests to send me an updated invoice. I even contacted the Home Helpers Corporate Office several times, (that is in another state) and told them that she refused to send me an updated invoice as I requested from Tracy. They said they spoke with her and said she would send me an updated invoice, but Tracy did not follow through with what she had told the Corporate office for Home Helpers. I did not remember what this invoice amount was, so I could eventually pay it. Yet she wanted to get paid. But again, she refused to send me a newly corrected invoice so I would know how much to pay her. I eventually got an email from the owner, Tracy M.R Boseman saying that they kept my deposit of $126.00 and added it to the balance, and I would owe $238.71. And would graciously waive fines and interest. I never received a corrected invoice by mail, so I admit I cussed her out. So, she emailed me back: "The additional payment will be for late fee and interest and damages for violent use of profanity. Goodbye, Tracy Boseman- Administrator." I finally paid her for the last payment/invoice of $238.71 online on April 4,2017, but approximately three months later on July 6, 2017, she returned it to me after all the horrible trouble she had caused me! There was nothing in my contract stating anything about damages. My contract said that I was supposed to get any overpayments (to them) back within two weeks of termination. And return my deposit. The owner: Tracy M.R Boseman never gave me back my deposit. And I did not receive my overpayment back, at that time. Instead, she helped herself to my double overpayment and kept my deposit. She never stated how much damage was supposed to be or how much the late fee or interest would be. That is bad business practice. She had breached my contract several times. Finally, as you all can see, I eventually received my over-payment of $238.71 back. But I never got my deposit back. The only good thing Tracy M.R Boseman did was provide me with two great caregivers, that I loved. Overall, their services on how they handle things is really bad. I would not recommend "Home Helpers Health Care" to anyone. Period.

Since I just realized I got my overpayment back. I forgive Tracy M.R Boseman and wish her the best in all she does. Tracy M.R Boseman did provide two great caregivers, that I loved. I received great care from the two regular caregivers I had. I apologize for cussing you out, Tracy M.R Boseman.
