The welcome desk was beautifully decorated with a warm, inviting vibe, and as I walked further inside, I was amazed at how huge the space was. It felt like a stylish warehouse divided into different sections -- hair, nails, spa rooms, waxing, you name it. I checked in and was greeted with bottled water before being introduced to the two students who worked on my hair. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took their time explaining every step of the Japanese straightening treatment. They also did a thorough assessment of my hair, which I really appreciated. Normally this treatment costs around $400 at a salon, but at Cosmotek, it was only $200 -- such an incredible value. Cynthia, the lead overseeing the students, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared about my experience. She offered me snacks and more water during the long process, chatted with me, and guided the students with so much professionalism.
