Someone in my household has skin sensitivities and we often order soap products from a company nearby who also produces all-natural soaps. Since we've found this place, I've been coming here to buy their soaps instead! My favorite is their lip products: the butterfly and honey kisses especially. They're petroleum-free and based on the listed ingredients, I would say they're also gluten-free. They also leave my lips feeling soft but not in a greasy kind of way. My lips have not been feeling chapped even in the crazy winter conditions since I switched to only using their lip balms. They carry other beauty products as well. I love the charcoal facial soap with tea tree oil. They always make my skin feel clean and since I have very oily skin, the charcoal actually has been helping. This shop really is wonderful. If you're into all-natural products, you need to check it out! I'm not into holistic stuff but I do tend to avoid using excessive chemicals in my body if I can help it. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Coming here is usually a joy in itself!

I ordered some items online and they notified me when pickup was available. The process was so easy I didn't even have to call before someone came out to my car to ask me my name for the order. I paired the shower steamers with an air purifying plant from Maypop and tea from Big Heart to create a gift set. I also added the collaboration soap with The Block to my local goods basket I made for my brother. I can't wait to come back and shop in store!

Despite who's working that day, they always seem REALLY surly and bordering on rude. I'm never asked if I need help finding anything (and I've seen other customers receiving better treatment than me, so that kinda bugs, but whatever!). Whatever. This past weekend Lark Skin had an INCREDIBLE online sale (Covid-friendly!) for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday. Items were up to 30% off on Monday, so it made it too easy to order and try some new rave-reviewed products like their Aloe + Willow Bark Vitamin C Serum and Green Coffee + Avocado Awakening Under Eye Oil. When I looked at my account online, it stated I hadn't placed any orders! I received a reply back stated the product was out of stock & they would issue me a refund. Now, I'm usually not one to complain, but if this was the case, I think the company should have notified me instead of the other way around. They offered to refund my money, but again, if I hadn't followed up would they have refunded me or hoped I didn't notice??? I did end up ordering through another company (ellekme.com) who had a version of the product, another scent, in stock. However, this company lists K Hall Studio as the seller of the product. The product I received was not quality! I've been using this soap for years & never have I had it come in a dark orange color. In addition to that, the lotion was only a little over half full. I don't know if the product is old or simply fraudulent but clearly something is not right! I realize K Hall Studio may not be fully responsible for a 3rd party seller (similar to Amazon) but something just seems off. I'd be cautious when purchasing!
