I have only seen one of their stylists, Christy, but I have friends who swear by Steve, who I believe is the owner. I have never left Appearances feeling disappointed or like I did not get my money's worth, which is more than I can say for most of the other places I've been to. If you've got the money to spend on it, Appearances is a great place to get a cut.
