Courtney at GBY not only does incredible work, making her guest feel comfortable and placing each lash with care, but the formulation in the glue she uses has been the best I've ever received. I am a sweater and honestly not 100% at taking off my makeup and the lashes have such little fallout. Constantly I'm getting questions of whether my lashes are real and I never miss a chance to shout out Courtney. I was so impressed that I went ahead and dove into their other services and everything had been stellar: spray tans from Kendra making me glow during wedding season, Courtney's expertly crafted microblading, waxing, and more. The whole shop feels like home, smells like heaven, and keeps you coming back not only because you feel like a million bucks afterwards but because you're now a GBY babe, a member of the family. Attention to detail isn't there and at this price I expected that a wax or some plucking would be included like I've experienced at other salons at the same price. Legitimately I could probably do this myself with an Amazon kit.

I let her know I'm not used to lashes anymore and have sorta droopy corners so I don't want anything that looks too think/heavy but I also ALWAYS wear long eyeliner so I'm definitely a cat-eye girly, but aiming for something more natural. She went to work, quick and confident. She was done within an hour and I've never felt more beautiful! I don't even want to put liner on because of how pretty they came out. Thank you Tanya, you are an angel! I'll be coming back!

I fell asleep it was so relaxing. She wants you to be 100% satisfied and wants feedback and tells you to check in with her if you are unhappy or need more or if they fall out. I have had them done where they have a noticeable black glue ball at the root of the lashes or are crossing and annoying. I also have left places with them feeling heavy and being told they have to cure or settle. None of that nonsense with Tiina. She can go as light or as heavy as you like. I first booked a "foreign fill" and came in with bad lashes done by someone else. Heidi fixed me up and I haven't gone anywhere else since (except for ONE time when she was out of town, and it was someone she recommended). I'm not a model or an influencer, just someone who is willing to pay to be low-maintenance! Taking away mascara from my daily routine (applying and removing) saves me TIME, and that is honestly priceless. I wake up in the morning and I'm basically ready to go! Also, her lashes last FOREVER. It's amazing. They only fall out when my natural lashes shed, and my natural lashes look and feel healthy, even after consistent lash extensions for years now. I'm telling you, I am rough on these things. I rollerblade at the beach, and these lash extensions flap around in the wind and do not budge! She's also amazing at placement. My eyes are deep set and the cat-eye (longer at the outer corner) style looks droopy on me. She knew right away that kitten-eye was a better choice for making my eyes look open and awake. Heidi has also become a friend. We talk and laugh and it feels like hanging out. I'm sure she would also let me nap if I wanted to. The bottom line is: she makes me look good and feel good, and if that interests you, go see her for some bomb lashes! I'm including some photos she took of me/my lashes that showcase her work.
