I give this rating because my massage was full of chatter by my therapist but when the manager came out of the room she said so much noise to me no tell that to your chatty therapist not cool the massage was ok read more

Tiana was awesome. Very friendly and nice. 90 minutes went by too fast. Would definitely come here again. Highly recommended!

Tiana was so sweet and welcoming!!! I had a 60 minute massage with a 30 minute facial and it was absolutely amazing. The services were wonderful and Tiana was even more wonderful. Highly recommend! read more

I generally don't get massages but during our vacation in Lahaina last week I was injured during a snorkeling event and suffered high levels of pain in my neck and upper back area where I was in tears and hardly able to sleep. Cosmos was able to fit me in to their schedule and I was blessed with having Robert Bougeon, a master masseur, give me an amazing massage which turned everything around. His combination of specialized Russian training, excellent knowledge, and magic hands were a God send. I would highly recommend Robert for a massage for healing or relaxation. He has golden hands - and the "gift" of healing. read more

My husband and I both had fantastic deep tissue massages. Very personalized, attentive, and not hotel spa prices. They were not scripted messages like some other places. Robert and Vanessa were excellent. Best vacation massage! read more

If you're considering getting a really good massage, PLEASE go here. The massage was excellent! My head feels a million times lighter. And I booked another massage immediately after. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!! read more

Vanessa gave a beautiful massage and facial. I called in am and had an appointment early evening same day. I would recommend to all.

My wife and I are on vacation and both got a one hour massage at Cosmo Day Spa, it was the best massage we have ever gotten, we will go back again. Staff was great. 10/22/2019 Chris & Maria Lampley read more

Location of this spa was very convenient, closed to Royal Lahaina Hotel and food places around too (if you are hungry after your message) David was my therapist and he did great. However, the bed was kinda squeaky on one side and was distracting me. read more

So happy with the massage by Tiana! She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Hands down the BEST massage I've had in a long time! read more

I cant say enough about our massage. It was incredible. If you are looking into a great relaxing massage this is the place to come. We will definitely come back on our next stay. read more

This place is an absolute gem. We came here based on reviews and we were not disappointed! It's a small little shop that packs some seriously thorough service. I've gone to other places and paid even more than what we spent here and the service at Cosmo was far better. Robert was great and very knowledgeable, comforting, and commutative during the massage. I requested more focus of my neck and shoulders and I left feeling amazing. Definitely will be coming back! read more

Had a rainy day on vacation and decided to call on a whim if they had anything available. David was able to see me within the hour and was fantastic. He was very attentive to what areas I asked him to work on, used all different tricks (hot stones, hot towels and neck heater) to help loosen up tight muscles, and was very knowledgeable about pressure points. Will definitely be going back! Thanks again David! read more

*(updated review to 3 stars from 1 because owner followed up with me and offered full refund and told me that Robert rarely works there.) My daughter and I booked one-hour massages today. 1. They put pressure for us to upgrade to 90 min. 2. Robert came out and told me he is a "Master Masseuse with 20 years of experience" and that I'd regret not doing a 90 minute massage. (I regretted letting him touch me for 90 minutes, in the end). 3. Three times during the encounter he puffed himself up and talked poorly of every other massage therapist I could have ever possibly encountered. When he tried to up-sell hot stones I politely declined. He then asked if I'd been hurt with them and I said yes. He said he knew better how to do it than the person who hurt me. I still declined and he went on to tell me how he does it differently. 4. I had indicated on the forms that I wanted attention paid to my legs. (I'm a runner). He put almost no pressure or attention on my legs and too much on my neck. 5. He pulled on each of my legs to stretch them out of the hip joint. He said "This is my intelligence test for massage therapists - if they don't remove the compression they don't know what they are doing." It was so obnoxious... 6. He put me in position to do adjustments on my neck and I asked him not to manipulate my neck. He asked if I'd had an accident and I said yes and he said he spent 5 years working in a medical office and knew what to do, I said that may be true but I came in for a massage and not adjustment. 7. LASTLY - when I was done he said I'd been "difficult" but he appreciated the challenge. I said nothing, still lying on table with eyes closed. 8. My daughter left her massage with her shoulder hurting. It wasn't hurting before the massage. read more

My husband and I get regular massages at home and when we travel. These were the best massages we have ever had. Shawn has been doing acupuncture for 35 years and he is a damn good massage therapist as well. read more

My hubby and I did a couples massage while we were on vacation in the area, and mine was so great I booked another for a couple days later. Robert did my prenatal massage, which was such a treat. It's tough being preggo, but a great massage makes it so much easier! read more

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facial and deep tissue massage. I will go back again.

Awesome massages! Island prices obviously but our couples massage went for the full hour and they were great. Business and rooms were clean, therapists were professional and respectful! read more

Came here with my boyfriend on the last day of our vacation and soooo happy we did! Called and was able to make a same day appointment. My boyfriend needed a deep tissue massage and I wanted a Lomi Lomi. They were able to put us in a room together so we could share the experience. We both felt very relaxed by the end and my bf said that was the best massage he's ever had. I mean usually we get the basic $20 massages on the mainland. Definitely recommend this place and will visit again when we come back on the island! read more

Tiana and Robert were phenomenal. Spring for the hot stones during the massage. So relaxing.

Amazing staff, massage, & hospitality. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and really enjoy your experience. 10/10 recommend!

Best massage I have ever had at this place. Robert was my therapist and he was great. He has a wealth of knowledge and you can tell he really care about his work and making sure your massage is great. My friend and I called and we got an appointment for the same day an hour later. The spa is clean and relaxing, the receptionist gave us each a complimentary flower clip for our hair when she found out we were ok vacation and going to a luau the next day. Prices are good and a lot cheaper than what we would have paid for a shorter massage at our resort. If you are looking for a massage while on Maui this is the place to go! read more

Tierra and Patsy were AMAZING!! There were 4 of us and we did 2 back to back. Super nice and one of the best massages I've ever had!! Thank you so much!! read more

Amazing hidden gem in Maui!! Best massage I've ever had. I get massages at home frequently but have never had a massage like this one. Robert is a master at his craft. I appreciate the knowledge and care he has for massage. I will definitely recommend and be back. If you are in Maui get away from the resorts and check this place out! read more

We both paid for a Thai massage and neither of us received a Thai massage! The massages we did receive where absolutely subpar. I understand the massages a this plus are a little less expensive than other places around town but was not worth it. Unskilled therapists here. read more

A very relaxing massage. My husband had Tim and I had Tiana and both provided an excellent massage experience. Too bad we have to go home tomorrow but will definitely be back again. Just had a wonderful massage by Robert and husband had massage by Tiana. Both were fantastic! My neck feels better than it has for several years. Strange location in a strip mall- don't let that throw you off. Definitely worth it and less expensive than other massages I have had at expensive resorts. read more

Massage did not wow me! I did a couples massage and I got an older man. I had the felling since the beginning I wasn't going to get what I wanted. Ladies assured me he was good... he wasn't! Overall bad massage! I had to pay for a second massage at my hotel where I got satisfied massage. Didn't get the pressure I requested on areas to concentrate on. Not sure why they even asked. Man coughed on me almost during the whole massage. Felt his arm hairs on me while getting my facial really uncomfortable. Next time I'll go with my instinct. Not a satisfied customer. read more

Tiana was absolutely amazing. I was astonished when I pretty much forgot to tell her where my major problem area was, which was a specific muscle in my left low back, and it's like she knew it without me having to tell her. She paid extra attention to it and helped me so much. We come every year and I'll definitely be back. I hope she stays and is being well compensated besides what she is tipped. She deserves it! 10/10 read more

We walked in asking for a couple's massage and they worked us in right away and then gave us the special for the massage and facial and then hot stonesadded for only 10.00! Great place! Can't wait to return! read more

I had a 90 minute massage yesterday with Robert & a 60 min facial with Tiana. They were both great @ what they do. They are both nice, informative, & just overall professional. They both went beyond their way to make me feel very comfortable. It's too bad I don't live out here in Maui to come often. But I will definitely come back on my next trip here. I highly recommend them both if you're in town or live out here & haven't found that place that leaves you feeling so relaxed that I wanted to go back again today. read more

My husband and I went to Cosmo's in Maui for a massage while on vacation there this summer. We were skeptical at first as the day spa appears to be in a "strip mall". But we were nicely surprised. It was very clean, extremely professional and the massages were 5 star and some. My masseause was Robert and my husband's was Tiana. Both of us were extremely pleased with our massages. They were truly outstanding and we would go again for sure. The only reason we gave it an overall 4 star was the setting could have been a little more spa-like but you are paying for the massage and not the setting as this is not part of an expensive hotel spa. I was also a little concerned that both masseuses' were not vaccinated at this critical time of Covid spread. But just ask them to wear masks and they will. read more
