Everything is clearly packaged / labeled and the store is clean and well organized. I was looking for a particular item - chocolate covered espresso beans - and reached out via their Facebook page. The response was less than an hour, which was impressive! However, I wasn't able to make it that day. When I did show up I thanked the owner for her quick response and she did state that there are times when she's too busy to check the FB account, which is understandable. Support local. The chocolate covered oreos in both milk and dark were a big hit! We also purchased pretzel rods with milk chocolate/heath and milk chocolate/m&ms. I understand the bins are probably old, but everything is old and yellowing which makes everything look a bit unsanitary. Some scoops were inside the buckets, touching the food. So the hand germs from the scoop is now in the food, and someone needs to reach in and touch the food in order to retrieve it. Which I saw a customer do. The directions are also unclear, you need to write down all the product codes instead of the large number on the information sheets, which is the price/lb. We did get small portions of 2 types of candy, both which were stale. It was also $6, which is cheap, but I can get x5 the amount of candy at the dollar store or drugstore for that price. The staff member was nice, and there was a regular in there who seemed to come often.

The prices at all the grocery stores were very high so I was hoping to find these items in bulk. The store personnel took me right to the salt and pepper and answered my questions about the different types of salt and pepper. I was especially happy to see the bulk coffee beans and the coffee grinder! I love vanilla tootsie roll midgets and found them in bulk here...they are so very hard to find. Lots of candy, cookies, dog treats and anything you need to make a fancy cake. Huge store with with small prices. Check it out.

I'm also a candy editor for my job, so this was like being a kid in a candy shop, no pun intended. I was specifically looking for Fruit Stripe gum, since the company decided to discontinue it. They unfortunately did not have it but they had a plethora of other pretty cool candies and chocolates. I ended up buying a few peanut butter cups that I had never seen before, a Hot Tamales candy cane for my fiance, some coconut strip things for myself, and a few other goodies. If money was no object, I also would have bought the Ted Lasso branded candies and ALL of the Golden Girls stuff, as that's one of my favorite TV shows. They had a nice selection of freeze-dried candy as well, which is a new trend, but they were a little expensive, at $7.99 per bag. The saleslady was very friendly here as well and asked if I had any questions or needed help with anything, when I was in the store. I wish I had visited here earlier in my Clawson residency, but I will definitely be back.

I decided to stop by and was blown away by how huge this store is. There is every snack available including Little Debbie, Hershey, Slim Jim, Better Made Potato Chips, popcorn, and hundreds of other types of candy. It also has party supplies, seasoning, frozen food, bread, and dairy products in the fridge aisle. I was most excited about seeing Little Debbie Peanut Butter Creme Pies (only 2 for $3) and Zapp's Potato Chips from Louisiana. It is hard to find these potato chips in Michigan and I've only found individual bags at the Dollar Tree. As for the Little Debbie Peanut Butter Creme Pies, these are also hard to find at most grocery stores. I have a friend in South Korea who loves these peanut butter creme pies. I brought a box back to Korea for her and years later she still tells me how much she loved them. Now I know where to get a big pack to bring with me on my next trip to South Korea. There is not a lot in this mostly industrial district but if you find yourself in the area it's worth stopping by.
