I've used Anne's "services" for about a year now. When I first started going to see her, she was located in a nearby spa/salon. I like this location much better. Anne is a nurse and is very professional. She is originally from California and is a Yelper herself. The first time that I went to see her I had a lot of questions and I was quite nervous. I think that she spent about an hour explaining the process and the expected results. She also does laser hair removal and I think that the price is the most reasonable in town. There is another lady at this location, her name is Susan, she does the spray tans, facials and more of the spa end of the business. I've never used her services, but my friend raves about her... so she's definitely on my radar. If you're thinking about starting what I call maintenance, this place is the best of the best.

She is a nurse and offers lots of information and advice for before and after the service. I had been to 5 other places that offered laser hair removal. This location was the first that offered me numbing cream and ice during the treatment. She also has the best laser hair removal equipment on the market. I didn't know that some of the lasers were created for facials and other treatments. I have had more success at hair reduction/elimination at this clinic than the others. I would highly recommend J Medical above all others in Lexington.

They do excellent work at a fair price…read more If you want laser hair removal, they're your best choice. Unlike most places that charge per session, where you buy a package of sessions for a price, they charge by the body area. You pay for that part of your body, and you get as many sessions as you need until you're satisfied, and if it ever grows back (rare, but not impossible with laser), come back and they'll zap it again! The prices are quite reasonable, especially given the pricing structure and what comparable care from another place would give. They're always friendly and nice there, and make each visit a pleasure. I highly recommend them!

They are liars and are the ones who was NOT doing Botox that night and said I would have to make another appointment. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I'm sure the office had a phone. I then called back the office manager and left a detailed message begging for help with the pain. it's been a week. I've had no return call.
