I was told both of Jessica's room were occupied and after one was empty, they would have to clean the room before taking me back. I asked if they could give me a time estimate and they said they could not. I told them I couldn't keep waiting indefinitely and had to leave. The check-in person said, okay. No offer was made to reschedule nor was any apology made regarding my time. The practice did not refund the $50 I was charged as a co-pay. I just called their office to request a copy of my records. They said they would email me a release form and once I completed the form, they would work on getting my records for me. I asked how long getting records usually takes and they said they couldn't really tell me as they only had 1 person that pulled records. This practice has zero respect for their patient's time or care. If a practitioner only has two exam rooms to work out of then logic should tell them to schedule accordingly. But, Bluegrass Dermatology chooses to stack patients up in their waiting room and then to rush them through an exam.

He will give you a more youthful, toned look, without it looking surgically repaired. I am getting ready to do a lower facelift/necklift with him. I was not entirely happy with the results of the first mid face lift I had with another surgeon, and I already know Dr. Nimtz is going at this differently. Also, his sutures are meticulous, and that means a scar that is very light. He is all about your surgery from the second you decide you want it. And, iIf, in the middle of talking about your facelift and the fact that you probably want your nose tweaked too, you say something about your jerky ex who did something stupid, he is very cool with that too. This was my first time at this location, and the $40 new-client discount was not applied. The price itself isn't my main concern. My concern is that it has now been over two weeks since my injections, and I see absolutely no difference in my forehead. I've had injections done previously and have never experienced them being completely ineffective. I also noticed a difference in the injection process. At other places I've been to, the treatment room was well-lit, the injector had me make facial expressions so they could clearly see the lines and mark the injection points. I did not have that experience at this location, which made me uncomfortable. At this point, I feel like I wasted my money. I would also like to know whether the product was properly stored, prepared, and administered. JEUVEAU's prescribing information specifically requires proper storage and handling, including refrigeration of unopened vials and use of reconstituted product within 24 hours. I can't say what caused the lack of results, but after paying for a treatment that has produced results for me in the past, I'm extremely disappointed and would not return to this location.
