Sam is one of the rudest Managers I have ever known for any business. I attended their open house where I got a Free Laser Hand Treatment because I brought 2 friends with me and I paid $75 deposit for Botox which they made me reschedule for a later date. The day of my appt they charged me an additional $75 because they said I refused the Botox the night of the event. They are liars and are the ones who was NOT doing Botox that night and said I would have to make another appointment. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And the Manager Sam is so rude that she will not even talk to me about this and said she is not giving me the $75 back that her staff deserved it will not be calling me to discuss. I received a fraxel treatment in April 2022. I was told there is no pain at The Summit location in Lexington KY. The consultant said there is pain at the Sir Barton location, prior to the treatment being given. There was A LOT of pain. It was intolerable. It had to be repeated a week later due to poor results. It's now been 7 months and most of the brown spots have returned. If I had known about the amount of pain caused by the treatment, I would never have gone through with it. I will never go through it again, even though many brown spots have returned. I do not recommend fraxel treatment at the Sir Barton location. read more

Running out of Dysport & machines needing service. All within 3 visits. They explained what happened, but was not apologetic. I can't say enough about my great experience at Belle Vie. I have an aversion to painful procedures but Andrea and Jamie made me feel so comfortable during my filler. I have been going here for years for Botox and doing something new was scary but they were so nurturing and caring. Ive been to other med spas in Lexington but truly think Belle Vie is the best and they go the extra step to take care of you. I won the choice of a peel or facial from at their recent anniversary party. During my visit, I was offered a microdermabrasion, which I find preferable. Computer photos were taken prior to the treatment to show areas of the face with individual issues. I found this of particular interest. I went to Belle Vie on Main and the biggest problem was with communication. Make sure you know that there are two locations. The confirmation email I got had a large logo for Belle Vie Medspa, and then in the small print I saw my booking was for Belle Vie on Main. However, I didn't see that right away and drove out to the one on Sir Barton Way. Upon arriving there, one of the employees was locking up. When I arrived and mentioned my appointment, she stared at me like I was crazy and then told me there was another location. She didn't apologize for the confusion and was not kind to me at all. I had to call Belle Vie on Main to understand how to find the salon on the 7th floor above a parking garage. The manager said that an employee should have called me. Signage for the spa is poor for the on Main location. When I got there, the employees had no idea that I had a birthday package for my sister, so the promised wine and snacks were not there. I already spoke to the manager and got an apology, but a partial refund or anther gesture would have been appreciated. Until they get their staff informed and communication improved, I would say stay away. read more

Just left Belle Vie after receiving a massage and facial. While normally the two services would have cost $155 ($65 for the facial, $90 for the massage), I had a Groupon. I was able to get both for $85. I left the spa feeling rejeuvenated and mentally refreshed. My skin looks great and I feel totally relaxed. I would recommend arriving 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and settle in. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased 80 units of dysport last week. No results except an unsightly dimple in my forehad from product being placed incorrectly. Esthitician didnt even removed makeup or clean area befor injecting. Was laughed at when I ask them to correct, and laughed at even harder when I told the owner I intended to report them to BBB. I see now why she laughed. They're not BBB acredited and have a grade of C before my complaint. I hope I helped them earn an F and it keeps another woman from wasting her money read more

I paid a rather large sum if money to have brown spots removed from my face by laser. None of the spots are gone. When I compla8ned, they had me come in, took more pictures, then ask me to wait another week assuring me, my results would improve. They did not. I had stopped peeling so how could they improve? I returned for another appointment, they took more pictures, tried to convince me there was improvement, then proceeded to give me this sales pitch about how it sometimes takes more than one treatment. To add outrage to injury, they tried to sell me another session at the same exorbitant price. Luckily, this was not my first rodeo, I had had the procedure done before and knew it should not take two sessions. The difference was a doctor did it the first time, and this time a girl in a UK t-shirt and leggings did the procedure. This place is all about money, not quality of work. read more

I went in for a Brazilian wax, and even though I'm not very hairy, she missed 2/3. What she took off had broken off at the skin and was back within a week. The blue wax she used wasn't thick enough to actually grab the hair. Furthermore, she was uncomfortable which made me uncomfortable. This was not a good experience. I agree with many of the other reviews, if you pay for a certain time should be seen at least 15-20 minutes of the appt. time, not 45 min to an hour later. and no one appreciates rude, unprofessional service, even after going through the BBB due to such poor service, I still cannot get a return phone call or email from the owner. She refuses to address the situation and make it right, even to avoid bad reviews like this, and I will continue until she gets hold of me to make it right. I had to find a new eyelash tech and went here twice and never will again. I've had eyelash extensions for over a year with no problems and I was immediately told "these aren't going to last because of the glue". It was ok, not good, but I made another appointment. Second appointment and I now have clumps of glue attaching 4 to 6 eyelash hairs and I've had a lot of eyelash loss. I have to pay to have these removed and a new set put on plus buying and using a regrowth serum. This 'spa' is way too overpriced to begin with and although the surroundings are nice, you cannot put lipstick on a pig. read more

Not impressed. I went to an open house and they were not very welcoming, even though I spent $400+. I went a week later for Dysport and was surprised/shocked that a LPN was doing injections.They were having another open house that evening and didn't even invite me to stay (it was starting when I was done). Hopefully my face looks okay when the Dysport sets in. Do your homework when going to a medspa. There are tons of them. Don't just go because they have a good deal. They all offer deals, even the most reputable ones! read more
