We got a quote for a clean up and one time service. The crew showed up and did a good job on clean up. The biggest complaint was the excessive debris they left in our pool. So much so that my husband and I spent time trying to sweep the bottom and strain out debris. They got several rocks in the pool that had to be removed by my husband getting into the pool. Not something you want to do after work on a hot day, clean up someone's mess. We spoke to Ricardo and upon hearing of our dissatisfaction, agreed to return part of our money. I was given a quote by the owner of this company and when he came out I specifically informed him that I would not be available during the construction on the date that he scheduled pavers. This guy removed my RV gate doors and asked my son if he wanted them back where they belong or if we should just leave them off...?!? He then proceeded to text me there was an additional cost since they had to lift the gates to my RV. Once this person was paid it was later brought to his attention that the gate is uneven, therefore not allowing it to latch properly. He never came back to correct the errors/repairs on my RV gate. Since we actually got some rain this year our yard was overcome with weeds of all kinds. The flowers and bushes were out of control. I got in touch with Cosio Landscaping because of all the rave reviews on the Nextdoor app. Ricardo (although swamped with work) responded back to me within the hour. Granted, he could not schedule the yard work right away, but was able to fit me in as quickly as he could. An entire crew (7 men) showed up and took charge and whipped this yard back into shape within a few hours. It looks amazing. read more

They designed my backyard beautifully however the 3 star rating comes because of the rates. We had them come back a few times after our backyard remodel and the last time was charged $600 for front and backyard mind you it was just cleanup which only took them an hour maybe hour and a half. Since we have gotten other quotes for the same job and actually more (a tree and bush removal) for $300 maybe if they would charge us fairly or comparable to other companies I would use them again and update my review but whenever I ask how much the service will be I never get a clear answer until after the work is done and then am left with sticker shock. I've asked for a quote no one ever showed up. I tried but had to find someone else more reasonable. However, if you need a remodel done on a blank canvas as we had they do incredible work! Regular service is just too much in my opinion. read more

The initial work was very good. They also agreed to come monthly for a $X. It was always more. They haven't come now for 2 months after repeated requests. When I text them they indicate they will come, but they do not arrive. I do NOT recommend them except for an initial clean up. They are not dependable and one cannot trust the price. read more

Hired them to get yard and sprinkler system under control. They cut the water off to my front yard saying cactus only needed water once a month with a hose. Yeah right like I want to water with a hose when I have a irrigation system so killed my big Agave in the front and the small planters. Back yard changed to water each plant but I'm still trying to fix it after a year so my plants get water. Also charged me a full day $1700 for 4 hours work. read more

I had my backyard landscaped 5 years ago and everything was done incorrectly. Over the past several months my sprinkler lines developed three different leaks under the paver sidewalk on the side of my house. I called a few landscapers and Ricardo came right over. He listened to the issues I had and made suggestions. He started the work right away and patiently worked with me as I made several changes to the project. Although I spent more money than I wanted to the job he did was outstanding and worth every penny. His workers were conscientious and polite. He showed up when he said he would and the job he did was even better than I expected as every thing he did was done the right way. He is a true professional. read more
