Someone came and trimmed my front yard so I asked if he would be willing to drop his price because only the backyard needed to be trimmed then he asked me to wait another two hours for him to show up. We had a brief exchange in texts, then he threw in a statement in spanish! SERIOUSLY????? I would never recommend this company. They have no respect for the homeowner's time.

Water from the pool or rain would flood the back patio. After thirty years of wear and tear in the backyard, the rocks and the dirt were sliding into the pool during rain or heavy pool days as well. The brickwork that was put in by the previous owners was not level. And I needed to be pulled up.They were able to level the ground and patio. Miguel installed a drain line and a French drain. This moves the water away from the house and gives it a place to go. He added a pony wall that serves as a bench and also a small retaining wall to help divert water away from the pool, and keep rocks from being kicked into the pool pair.He if we removed old brickwork and installed new bricks with a nice border to make it look seamless A nd inviting into the backyard, He refreshed our our ground covering rocks front and back. We met and dealt with Frank for the hardscape install on our 2 acre PV property. After it was all said and done I absolutely do not recommended this company and here is why: 1) they mismeasured and BUILT our pool and hot tub the wrong size! We had very detailed plans from a reputable landscape architect so this shouldn't have happened. This resulted in our landscape architect having to redesign all the surrounding pool pavers and pathways because the pool was bigger by 2 feet!! 2) they built steps going into our pool that were essentially non functional. When Greenscapes finally admitted to the mismeasured pool, which we agreed to not have them rip the whole thing and fix. Frank did agree to rip out the steps and rebuild those. 3) only after moving in to our home and experiencing significant rain we realized that they didn't compact the dirt before laying pavers, drains, or concrete. We literally had drains pop out of the ground, the pavers for our driveway stated sinking in, standing water collected near our foundation because the drains were instilled ABOVE the grade so no water could actually drain. We ended up going out of pocket and hired a very reputable and knowledgeable large landscaping firm to fix all these issues. 4) the concrete company they used to pour our main front walkway came on TWO different days so obviously the concrete didn't match between batches. We had to have the concrete sandblasted and acid washed to attempt to match. Overall, save yourself the headache and don't use this company.

The simple task was to upkeep the yard in the condition it got cleaned to for certain amount. They have been failing to do the job if supervision is not applied. Furthermore, when you ask them why they stopped watering the bushes for example, the answer was to pay them $25 more per visit so they hold the hose for 5 min. They do not upkeep the yard, the trees started to die, too much weed killer as well, perhaps. We never watered those bushes when we lived there, they are native to the desert and never died. The yard grows some weeds, oops, it is $120 more to spray the " extra" weeds. Because they have not being upkeeping or over spraying with weed killer, the bushes and the small trees started to die. I have a dead young palm tree as well. When you tell them to do what you have being paying them for, it is an extra $100 per visit. What have you been doing for the money you get? The bushes and small trees are the only things to maintain. Have you being mowing the rocks? When you do the " cleaning and maintenance trip" and you charge without getting the job done consistently, then ask for extra money to do what you were getting paid for and you did not do, it is a scam. $220 per hour for yard maintenance visit?
