Elliott Whittier, after I ALREADY GAVE THEM $2k OVER the annual premium amount which they said they would refund if I did not get approved by mortgage co. and close with my current home, AND ELLIOTT WHITTIER STILL RETAINS THE $2k they stole and said they would refund me. I'm confident their transactions are illegal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am a widow living on a fixed income and THEY KNEW THAT. Not sure how they sleep at night. STAY AWAY. Paul and D both went above and beyond to shop my policies around to guarantee me the best coverage for a cheaper price. They guided me through the process of switching insurance companies because it is stressful. After being with my previous insurance company for 10 years, I chose to switch because my home and auto policies increased over $400 annually for the past 3 years. I pleaded with them to lower my costs and they assured me I was getting the best rate. I knew that wasn't true. So I called Rizzo. My new policies combined are $1100 cheaper annually than the other company and I'm getting better coverage. I highly recommend everyone call them. I did everything over the phone and online.
