I had a very bad experience with this business recently when i attempted to insure my vehicle…read morethrough Cosica Ins Assoc. I had moved from NH to MA and attempted to register my car in MA within the time allotted. However, i was required to have insurance first, so i got a policy through Coscia. When trying to get my inspection sticker, and while awaiting my title, i learned that the car had issues that would not allow me to register it in MA. I immediately called Cosia Ins and was told they "do not insurance out of state vehicles". I asked them to hold my $233.00 (the down payment for the policy) until i figured out what to do and they said they would. When i purchased a newer vehicle i went to have the policy transfered to it and was told my "other" policy had expired!!!! The $233.00 was gone (used up by the active policy)!! When i reiteratedour agreement they seemed confused and denied that they ever told me they "COULD NOT" insure me. They then blamed me for not registering my car. We went back and forth on the issue of them telling me they cannot insurance an out of state vehicle, etc...Needless to say, i got NOWHERE with either Richard Sr or Richard Jr. They are deceiptful, rude and they down right LIED and STOLE my money! Paul and D both went above and beyond to shop my policies around to guarantee me the best coverage for a cheaper price. They guided me through the process of switching insurance companies because it is stressful. After being with my previous insurance company for 10 years, I chose to switch because my home and auto policies increased over $400 annually for the past 3 years. I pleaded with them to lower my costs and they assured me I was getting the best rate. I knew that wasn't true. So I called Rizzo. My new policies combined are $1100 cheaper annually than the other company and I'm getting better coverage. I highly recommend everyone call them. I did everything over the phone and online. It's so convenient! All I can say is don't delay call Rizzo now. One bit of advice is ask your current insurance agent if there is an early cancellation fee.
