Definitely a place for the dudes. There were many people waiting, but that just goes to show how skilled the barbers are. The place was clean and had a TV on with some sports playing in the background. Luigi has got to be the sweetest man on this planet. Total old-school Italian guy that has got a huge heart. Although appointments are recommended thru "BOOKSY" I chose to walk-in, I was greeted by William who assured me he could accommodate my request for a Scissor Cut. After a few moments in the chair I found William to be very professional and skilled in his trade after he recommended a slight and modern update to my outdated style. I agreed with William's suggested update which was really something my family had been encouraging for quite a few years. In the end I walked out a very happy customer with my new style! The shop is well organized and clean while the staff is attentive and customer centric! JC's Barber House is family friendly while specializing in Men's grooming services! BTW - Pricing is very reasonable for the quality of services and professional attention to each client! I will return and am very satisfied with my visit today.

Overall negative experience. Barber didn't disclose that he doesn't speak English until halfway…read morethrough the haircut. I'm not sure why he pretended to understand the instructions that I gave him. The cut was bad- he did things that I told him not to do. I chalk this up to the language barrier. Something else that I particularly did not enjoy was the barber putting styling product in my hair without asking and before I could confirm that I liked the cut, not that he could understand. It's perfectly fine for the barber to be non-English-speaking, but that barrier needs to be expressed at some point before hair is shaved or cut. I won't be returning. You should avoid Jenderson like the plague.
