Prior to the procedure they made sure I had everything I needed post operation. During, they were kind and professional, and after Dr. Tromblay called me a few hours later to make sure that I was doing okay, and to make sure I was ready for the all of the post op swelling. You step inside a historic downtown Springfield building (major bonus points for having a business in a historic Springfield building) and the inside is beautiful. A lot of windows/natural light creating a modern industrial look. The staff are very friendly from the front desk folks to the dental hygienist to the dentists. I've been there twice so far and each time a great experience. They also offer a WIDE range of services and make great referrals in the rare case that they need to. They didn't shame me when I was a little behind/slow to respond for follow ups either :) I will say the prices are a bit on the high side so if you are paying cash, be aware of that. Otherwise, no complaints at all and strongly recommend!
