Had my hair done here a number of times. They are just okay. 2 stars only because last time I went…read morethe girl wouldn't let me use a single drop of thermal protecting serum in my hair before she blew out and straightened. She told me she "didn't recommend it" and that all I needed to do to protect my hair was cut it. (What does that even mean???) As a result when I left my hair was drier than straw and did not feel smooth at all. What's worse is she missed an entire section of my hair when straightening. She definitely made the few split ends I had massively worse. I paid, tipped and then had to go home and redo my hair myself. Disappointing and easily could have been avoided if she would have just listened to me. After all, I've been living with my hair for 33 years, so I do know a little bit about what works for it.
