I do, however, have two reservations about this shop. The first is that everything here does tend on the expensive rather than on the value for money side of the equation with many of the good being cheaper elsewhere. The other reservation is a slight unfriendly atmosphere to the place - you don't quite feel welcome. They attended my house for no more than half a day. I expected a bill for less than £250 but received a bill for nearly twice that. They had clearly inflated the hours on the premises and when challenged they mentioned for the first time that the bill included time for them travelling to and from their workshop. They defended this by saying it was standard practice in the industry. They eventually reduced the bill to under £400. The electrician turned up promptly and were competent at diagnosing and fixing the fault. I would recommend anyone dealing with this company to get them to disclose any additional/hidden charges over and above the hourly rate.
