We offered to reschedule or take a refund and have not heard anything back in a month. This side, I would rate a 1 star. Again, Mike was excellent and if they would straighten out the communication issue it would be 5 star rating.

She is very alert and will point out if something you are doing is incorrect, immediately teaching you the correct way afterwards. During the lesson I had to force him to explain things to me by continuously asking questions. Even then I would get very terse answers. Mind you, some people might be too shy or nervous to ask questions (especially teens), but if I hadn't pushed this guy to explain I would have walked away with absolutely nothing. The only time I heard him laugh was when he was making fun of a mistake one of his past students made. It was like being back with my abusive parent again and having to tiptoe around one of their miserable moods. Then when I called the office to tell them the instructor was miserable the woman I spoke to interrupted me and started talking over me. I don't care how long he's been with your guys. That's not how you treat people. He did drive me home at the end of it. But I would have much rather he just treated me like a human being and left me at the meet up point, than treating me like garbage the whole time and then trying to make up for it later. When I called on the number online, a guy picked up and told me that the office has people only fixed days in a week.(okay then reflect it in your timings).I scheduled a session and on the day when I called to confirm it, they said I was double booked and rescheduled it for a later date. (They didn't charge anything in advance which is good) On the day of the session I called and said I would be about 10 mins late for it (I was willing to reduce it from my fixed time). The session was immediately cancelled for the day and I was told there is another student who is willing to learn. After this day I've called about 3 times only to be told they'll get back with the timings as they are busy. There is one thing to be busy and there's another thing to be professional. I was really looking forward to learn driving from here but alas that's not gonna happen.
