I've had one great massage therapist in that span and when she moved away i have seen more than I can count trying to replace her. She set the bar high and when your really trying to manage pain and stay ahead of it, a simple one size fits all Swedish massage just doesn't do the trick Finally I found someone who can give a TRUE deep tissue massage. Dean is very professional and knowledgeable and I was comfortable right away. He is intuitive and has great instincts which goes a long way in reading body language and finding all those tough knots and trigger spots. He was able to work out what feels like years worth of kinks and tightness in one session! I didn't have to continually ask him to adjust pressure and he didn't miss a single sore muscle. I was so miserable when I got there.I had to sit sideways and couldn't turn my head without pain. I left with full mobility in my neck and hip and he was even able to identify and truly help other problem areas I had been ignoring since the pain was tolerable in comparison to my areas of concern. No other massage therapist has taken the time to do this before! The business is clean, professional and the staff are friendly. The ambiance in the room itself was spot on. I was completely comfortable and relaxed. The price is excellent.I would and have recommended him to anyone needing a serious massage. The location is connected with a chiropractic office, but very easy to find and the front desk was very friendly. The room itself was very comfortable and relaxing with a bit of a woodland/mystical theme. It was a very relaxing experience and we talked about recommendations for some of my tension. He had recommended cupping which I had not done in the past but agreed to try.
