The people that usually help with fitting were busy. The staff that worked the cash register helped us and helped put the suit together. The store has an in house alterations. They were able to get my son fitted right away and get the alterations done in a timely matter. It was more affordable than other places we went to. Pick up was smooth. The alterations looked great. Rather than relying heavily on software or generalized measurements that are later interpreted by a third party, John personally took extensive measurements and carefully guided me through fabric and design selections. It was immediately clear that he understood how a suit should fit and how to translate those measurements into a finished product. The process was exactly as promised: one appointment for measurements and fabric selection, a second appointment for the fitting once the canvas was created, and a third appointment for the final try-on and pickup. Remarkably, everything fit correctly. No endless rounds of alterations. No surprises. No compromises. What impressed me most was how much confidence John had in his process, and rightly so. He even encouraged me to come back within six months for complimentary adjustments if my weight changed. As it turned out, I did lose weight and took him up on the offer.
