Unless you meet with her yourself, you will never know how kind, caring, and attentive she is. I have not been with a doctor in recent years who cares so much about her patients. You don't have to wait 2 1/2 months to see her. How about only days, not months? She listens to everything you have to say and then acts according to your wishes. Not next week, not next month, but the same day. She has even called me at home to follow up on important labs and health referrals. How refreshing this is in a time of 20-minute doctor visits with a doctor who is so overwhelmed with patients and bureaucracy that he is hard to reach in an emergency (most of them). I highly recommended Drs. Considine. The trip to Coronado is worth it. And, they just might take your insurance!

Now I've been taking my own kids there for the last 10 yrs & recently just switched over to my Dr Petrovich & Island Family Medicine providers my primary care office. The best thing is the ease of making appointments and getting in touch with the office at anytime during office hours with questions and concerns and to make appointments. The front office staff is very efficient and wonderful and showing you that every patient is well cared for and the best care is top priority for all providers in office.

You feel as if you are cared about and not just a number or dollar amount as each of your concerns are addressed in the utmost professional manner. It is a family-oriented practice with Dr. Pedrotty , his wife, and Jessica all who helped manage any and all situations. His military background gives him the medical discipline that is comforting and assuring and quite honestly refreshing in this day and age. Dr. Pedrotty is very thorough in what he does and with his experience as a retired Navy Medical Officer his medical experience is hard to match. His practice as a family practitioner, cosmetic dermatologist, wellness and alternative medicine as well as Sports Medicine gives him much more experienced than you could find in any other doctor. He also has orthopedic surgical experience. If you have a problem medically he can help you solve it. My mother who is 85 years old goes to him and raves about his caring and concern for her. He has also recommended the top specialist for my mother when needed. In my opinion you cannot find a better doctor or office to deal with your medical issues. I've been blown-away-disturbed by how broken the systems at Perlman Clinic are:…read more - My PCP put in a referral over three weeks ago for something my insurance needs to approve, and I just found out it literally hasn't left the clinic to go to my insurance yet. She said they had a backlog of 5,000 uprocessed referrals. I can't even fathom what this would mean my healthcare needs were dire. - My PCP turned off my ability to message her after one message. - Recently I showed up for a dermatology appointment and, after disrobing and waiting, I was told I couldn't be seen that day because I had an endocrinology appointment earlier that day, completely wasting hours of my time. Yet it was someone within Perlman Clinic who had booked both appointments for me. - They have ZERO holistic options. The ONLY PCP I could find with a holistic (ie TRULY "integrative") background was fully booked out with no option for a waitlist. - The first PCP I tried with them, when I asked her "do you trust me to know my own body" looked me straight in the eye and, deadpan, said "No." Then she proceeded to get very agitated. - A recent referral was denied by my insurance and they claimed they had no interest in disputing it. - A doctor I waited a month to get in to see cancelled two hours before with no reason or apology, and bumped me right to the back of the line again, forcing me to wait another month to see her. - The endocrinologist I've been working with clearly has zero real knowledge. My research and conversation with functional doctors has shown me that if I flat out listened to her, it could be dangerous for my health. - My insurance denied thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of claims because they were incorrectly submitted. - The clinics emulate complete lack of health. Everyone who works there looks and feels so unhappy and unhealthy. I have trouble understanding how these are the people we should be counting on for our health? - As if this list weren't long enough, there's so much more beyond this - all WAY too long to list here. Update: After posting this review, I received a phone call from someone who pretended to care. But it was crystal clear in their speech that they cared ZERO. Every time I have expressed concern I've been met with inauthentic, canned speech (poorly) designed to suppress people.
